The fabric was ruined...we were offered $8.20 refund...for their mistake. We have used this cleaners for over one year. If an employee makes a mistake...admit the mistake and make retribution. Poor customer service...and one of the employees started arguing with us...she had never even seen the jacket. Do not take your best clothing if you choose to use this cleaners...the employees are inexperienced.

Nonetheless I left my pants. "They'll be ready tomorrow at around 4" she said. I asked if I could get them sooner and she said yes, then she asked what time so I just said around evening which she agreed. Around 2PM my wife called asking "I wondered when my laundry will be done" which seemed like a pretty simple question, "What?" She asked, I repeated myself and again "What?".. 3 times I had to repeat myself before she replied "I don't know when your laundry will be done" in a sarcastic tone. Um okay I guess calling the dry cleaners asking when my laundry would be done is a bizarre question. Anyways we went in and there was an older woman with tattoos who was much better, I got my laundry, and yet again the price was even higher than the two girls said. Anyways the whole experience was bad, the blonde girl in there is sarcastic and rude, not sure if she was on her menzies or whatever but she definitely doesn't know how to talk to customers.

When I picked them up they were so wrinkled I asked what had happened to them. Lady behind counter said they could redo them. Picked them up following week to discover three panels had shrunk 1-2". Called the cleaners immediately explaining what had happened and left a message for owner. I called back two days later since he did not return my call. He basically said they were not responsible for shrinkage and they washed all curtains the same. I told him I asked they be dry cleaned. He did no understand why them being too short would be a problem, he was not responsible and he already lost money because I had demanded they be redone, and he hung up on me. I hope he treats his employees better than his customer.
