Prefacing this by saying that I go to this location probably twice a week. Every week. I have a main squeeze tshirt that I occasionally wear. I get something different every time. I get the nachos pretty often on my way home from work. I live pretty far so I ask for the cheese and toppings on the side so it doesn't get soggy. Today, I went and ordered my nachos and my total was pretty high. They charged me a FEE of $5.99 to put my nacho toppings on the side. SIX DOLLARS TO PUT MELTED CHEESE IN A CUP. No bananas to put in a bowl on a Sunday morning at 10am then charged me for adding a topping to replace it. Then charged me for an extra cup because "the owner said the cups are expensive" and since people come in and ask for water cups... after I spent $40 on an order...But all this wouldn't be as big of a deal of the stuff was good. It's right inside as you head into the yoga studio so it's a super convenient location. They'll let you sample every juice as well! I usually get the same smoothie every time, so you would think they should all taste somewhat similar as the time before, right? Wrong! Each time I feel like they get harder and harder to drink. This place has decent smoothies but I am so disappointed with their açaí bowl! I've been here and gotten the açaí bowl about three times hoping that it's improved but it hasn't. I'm writing this in hopes they see it and try to improve because it's literally a lousy bowl of smoothie soup with some bananas and a side cup of granola. That alone is about $9 and any additional topping is about $1 extra. I ordered the açaí bowl with extra granola, strawberries, and blueberries and it was about $13. From Baton Rouge to lafayette, I can get a way better bowl with more toppings for less the price than here. Plus I waited 15 minutes for it in the drive through.
