If you order curbside check your order carefully before you leave. I ordered a grilled cheese for my wife. They didn't want to place the order without soup. Fortunately, I was having soup so it worked out ok, but it didn't make any sense. . I ordered a pot pie which came out stone cold. The pastry that goes on top of the pot pie was badly burned. I sent it back to be redone. They brought a new one out and I opened the box and it looked OK. When I got home I discovered that the second pastry was also burned on the bottom side. My mother in law's order of potato soup was fine. I called the manager and registered my complaint and he was appropriately apologetic, but I'm still pretty frosted about the poor food quality. You would think that with things as tough as they are in the restaurant business, they would care more. read more

I ordered the cup of French onion soup with a turkey muffuletta. I received a cup of onion soup that wasn't filled all the way and a borderline cold, not toasted olive medley sandwich topped sparsely with a little turkey, not a pleasant thing to bite into. After bringing both items back to the line, where I pointed out the quantity of soup in my cup vs a cup of tomato soup about to be bussed, the manager responded and agreed that both were subpar and saw that more turkey was put on my same sandwich and that I received a cup of soup with the correct portion size. The added turkey was not any warmer than the rest of the sandwich and the sandwich still wasn't toasted either. I decided that molasses muffins would make up for the lackluster meal but I was disappointed to find that the muffins were oily and unpleasant too. At least the black current tea was good.... Consistency in food and service is very important. No matter how many people you have in your restaurant, and there weren't that many (27 people in the whole restaurant to be exact) your guests should all expect a consistent product and experience. I was going to overlook the soup because I hate complaining and bringing back food but after the salty bite of just olives and cold untoasted bread, I was annoyed that my whole experience drew the short straw today. Can't follow simple directions as to what goes on the sandwich. I ordered a sandwich through the app and selected the type of bread and vegetables I wanted. The sandwich I received had the wrong bread, half the vegetables were missing, and there was no cheese. I paid extra for pico and that was missing too. When I called to address the issue, a lady hung up on me. When I traveled to the restaurant to speak in person, the same lady was rude in person. Instead of helping me, she was standing around and talking to coworkers. What a waste of money! read more

Went the other night at 9:00 pm. They close at 10. There were maybe 9 customers seated already eating. A couple was in front of us in line placing their order. The reason I mention this is trying to justify the time it took to get my order. My wife had a salad bar so that took hers out of the equation. Only thing left was my beef sandwich It took almost 25 minutes to get it to our table. Don't get me wrong. It was very delicious. I just can't accept that long a wait time unless they had to cook the entire steer. Or too many employees left early. Either way its not acceptable and they need to beware. read more

So I don't normally like to be a "Karen" and write bad reviews but couldn't keep my mouth shut any longer please look around and pay attention next time your in there. The food is amazing , salad bar out of this world..... Employees and management most unprofessional people I've ever encountered. The guy in the drive thru at taco Bell greets me better than these people. The lovely aroma of weed on half their employees gathered by the front door smoking is extremely appetizing and the young girls on their phones that they don't notice the line to the door. When you do have to deal with a manager they are almost as rude as the employees especially the young ladies. I hope that they can regain control of their restaurant as it is a great place to eat. Please let your employees know a smile and acknowledgement go along way! read more

Love, love, love the Salad bar! It's the only thing I get when I visit Jason's. I've tried a few of the sandwiches, but they weren't anything super special. The soups can come out a little cold if they are super busy. The salad bar is always fresh, and they periodically switch out a few of the topping choices to give a little variety! Wow, walk in at 9:30 (the place don't close till 10). They tell us where to sit because they want to clean the other areas. Not a problem! We order our soup and salad (normal order) As we are paying for it there is an employee that is talking on her phone as she is TEARING the salad bar DOWN! So we pick our soup up then RUN to salad bar so at least we can get some salad items! Thank goodness we didn't order a sandwich because the bins were cleaned and meat was already put up. We have been there often BUT we will find another place to eat after tonight. read more

Love Jason's Deli, yes, the place is not the cleanest, they could do a better job sweepeing the place up and bussing the tables, the highchairs need a good scrub, but the salad bar is always fresh and the service has always been great. read more

My family and I have come to this restaurant several times and I must say I'm more impressed everytime we go. The food is of the highest quality. One evening I saw a man with a thermometer checking the temperature of foods on the bar and I asked him what he was doing. I have NEVER seen anyone do this in all my years of visiting restaurants with buffets and salad bars. The manager explained that they were extremely dedicated to the quality and temperature of their foods. I must say I was highly impressed. The restaurant was so clean and when I went to the bathroom I was amazed at how clean it was as well. Definitely going back!! read more

I've got no big complaints with this place. The salad bar is always really well laid-out and fresh, but the sandwiches are pretty boring--not necessarily bad, just not very inspired. This place really shines with their employees, though; they might just be great actors, but they always seem like they're in genuinely good moods. This location is pretty popular, but even the lunch rush seems to push through pretty quickly with order-to-table happening in around 10 minutes. Unfortunately, it always seems like one member of our usual lunch group (and it's a different random person each time) gets forgotten about entirely, requiring a new order to be put in after everyone else has already gotten their food. read more

We went to get a salad about 1:30 in the afternoon. The salad bar had not been up dated in a while. The lettuce was turning yellow, the artichokes were sitting in a lot of juice, the salad peppers were few and sitting in juice.
