I was told that his pants would be ready on Monday sept 9,2013 after 4pm, great I loved this. However upon getting there on Monday the 9th, my pants were not there, on Tuesday after 4 they were not there, on Wednesday they were not there. I asked the innocent clerk to have them back in the store with Thursdays delivery, to have them delivered to the store dirty or clean, whichever so I can get them cleaned by a different dry cleaners by sat for the wedding. Having said this, the innocent clerk said, "I feel the need to tell you the truth, the owner Mr x. is going thru a nasty divorce and his dry cleaning machine broke down and doesnt have the money to fix his machine, and he now has brought all the clothes to be dr cleaned to omega cleaners in east Longmeadow and has a contract with that owner, but doesnt have any money to pick up the cleaned clothes there either" i did however manage to get the owners cell phone number from The innocent clerk, I left him over a dozen messages within 24 hrs but to no avail would he respond with a phone call back to me, nor would he meet me at omega cleaners to give me my husbands pants. Omg I just cannot believe that this man does business like this, just way too much stress. I then called omega cleaners to beg for my pants and they stated their contract was with mr x. and they could not release the pants but on to him. I then drove the 10 miles to omega cleaners in east Longmeadow and begged for my pants, We did get them we paid $10 for cleaned pants from them, when they should have cost me $7 from caristo's cleaners in Ludlow, was glad the stress was over but will NEVER GO TO CARISTO'S again. I like this system a lot, as I don't have to worry about certain items being more expensive and I know what I'm going to be paying without waiting for someone to come and weigh everything. My husband and I have done some testing and found that the bags come out to a little under twice as much cost as doing the laundry ourselves at the laundromat. It depends, though, if that time is worth it to you. It is to us. ONLINE ORDERING: They have a nice online ordering system. You can specify days/times and locations for pick-up/drop-off. On that first menu, they also have additional services for around $4-$6 fees such as stain removal, special delicate wash, same-day service and other things I've apparently never used because I can't think of them. SERVICE: Service has been prompt. Clothes has been delivered well-folded, although packed in a plastic bag rather than a paper bag (so things do get wrinkled) and nothing lost as of yet. I order the unattended drop-off/pick-up and I like that I get email notifications when that has happened. If it is a day I'm off work, I actually do head home to bring in the laundry (tip for management if you are reading this - putting undergarments somewhere hidden would be appreciated; the bags are clear!) UPDATES: *March 2016: So far great service. Highly recommended. *July 2016: I've had two white items come back recently with stains. A few days later: Good response from Laundry Party (Ben) via email that attests to how much they do seem to care about customers. For me, I haven't been able to reach them via phone, but email was prompt (between one minute to one day except on the weekends, I think) *August 2016: I'm graduating to more delicate items that I care about; so far, so good.

I picked both up about a week or so after due date. One was extremely wrinkled which I wasn't expecting at that price point nor from a professional service. Of course, the fabric and late pick up may have contributed but I've had the same comforter cleaned before at half the price without wrinkles. Not sure what happened this time around and will seek other options in the future.

I hate to write negative reviews but I was very disappointed. I had a kilt with a broken buckle…read morethat needed to be resized and a leather jacket with a small tear. I chose to come here because they can work with leather. The tailor said there wasn't anything she could do about the kilt and brushed off my request for an inside pocket on the jacket. I drop off the jacket to be repaired. Two week and twenty bucks later I come back for the jacket. Instead of being patched, the tear is messily stitched. There's so much stitching I can feel it through the sleeve. She said she didn't have any material, not even a square inch of black leather that would have done the job. I ended up taking the kilt to another tailor who did a great job in half the time and for less than the quoted price. I'm thinking of taking her the jacket, getting the amateurish stitching ripped out and redone properly. I don't want to speak ill of the hardworking people who run this place. But I'm afraid I would be back do to poor customer service and craftsmanship.

Can someone tape signs to the other machines that don't work?! Including the dryers!! The cost to use one of the washing machines was $7.33. The ATM was right next to the door, if that's not a warning to stay out, what more do you need? If negative stars were possible, this rat trap is deserving.
