They make really great sandwiches and are always friendly to me! I call my sandwich in and by the time I get there it's ready. No wait!

I've been coming in here for a little while now and while one of the employees has been really…read morenice, one of them has consistently behaved suspiciously towards me without cause and another, I think the owner, has been downright abusive. Yelling, not making sense, treating me like I am a criminal even though I have never shoplifted, always bought stuff whenever I came in and always treated every employee with respect (the respect they are supposed to give me, the customer). Some of the staff are obviously overwhelmed and traumatized and I have empathy for that, but I am those things too and I do not need to be abused when trying to buy my lunch or my coffee. If I could give any message to the staff, it'd be this: the demographic of people you serve are, for the most part, poor and traumatized. You should work with those things, not against them, if you want to keep your business (and have a decent impact on the world). People will steal from you at times, yes, but by treating every poor-looking person who walks into your store like garbage, you basically ensure that only the most desperate people will come back and people like me, who actually have money to spend and will never actually cause you any headache, won't (and we might just write you crappy reviews on yelp that hurt your business too!)

Bought 3 of the ice creams my self and they all tasted refrozen and when you picked it up clearly…read morethey melted... love the owners review response below stating how he picks them up in his own car and uses dry ice lol... that's not the ca compliant way to transport frozen goods.. that's the corner cutting way to do it.. expect to see my chargeback ! P.s. frozen goods are supposed to be delivered via a freezer truck... this is America and there are laws .. when you lose your business due to someone getting sick off one of these and hospitalized you might consider ordering ice cream from a company that properly delivers with a freezer truck... "federal and state regulations effectively mandate the use of refrigerated (reefer) trucks for transporting frozen goods to stores, as part of rules to ensure food safety and prevent contamination. While the requirement isn't always explicitly "reefer truck per state law" in every single statute, the rules surrounding maintaining specific temperatures make them a necessity. " And your mini van with a little dry ice is ok for personal consumption but not ok for sale to the public
