I have to concur that this location is pretty deserving of it's current two star rating. I stopped in to grab a soda and some snacks but I passed on gassing up here because the prices were to high compared to other stations. The fountain soda I got was terrible and tasted like seltzer water but I was dying of thirst so I took a few drinks before tossing it at the gas station I later stopped at for affordable gas. I am also getting so tired of places charging fees to use my credit card. I am a female and do not carry cash on me and it's annoying to get up to a counter with a bunch of items only to see that I will be charged even more than their already high prices just to make a purchase. They do have air here but there were a few people loitering around it and overall this location just did not have a safe vibe. I will not be stopping here again. read more

Usually like this place But today however is not the same case I went and got a soda from the fountain drink and it was completely flat it tasted like water and it was supposed to be a Sprite. So I take it back in and he's took back because I come back for my money it's only a dollar but I'm not gonna drink that so I'm not gonna waste my money on it you're gonna give me my money back for what I'm not using LOL. He eventually gave me my money back after huffing and puffing and trying to blow the house down LOL. He was very unhappy to do stuff and even got upset with me when I asked him if they had some of something else I mean do your job you get paid to do it you lazy a**!! You probably get paid almost $20 an hour to sit around on your ass all day and just doing basically nothing so get over yourself and do your job guess what you should be looking at your cameras because over half of your workers that work here don't even do their job they sit around and talk laugh and joke about customers that come in all the time especially the bigger lady she's very rude she's probably like blondish light brown hair. I mean I'm not rude because I'm bigger I'm a very tall person but I don't sit around and treat people like crap because my dad made me tall genetically.... I mean come on if you're not happy with something change it or change your job whatever that will help you stop becoming such a negative person to people that have done literally nothing to you but come there to purchase something from somewhere that's not even your own business. Keep on being rude you're gonna run people away. And the first review that I reviewed here what's a good review they've just declined in customer service and every other aspect of the store. Hopefully they'll start firing these people that don't do jack squat and expect to get paid then treat the customers like crap. But oh wait you don't care because they're still working there how many months later.. This gas station has the worst customer service. A lot of you might think I'm being petty but I'm really not... I always go to this gas station for zig zags because it's close to my house. I bought 2 packs the other night and when I got home , one of them was half empty. I returned to the station and the guy replaced them but not without making me feel like I took them or was trying to get over. When I told him someone is either using them or giving papers away he threw me out of the store. I really will take my business elsewhere. Aman or Whatever his name is , is rude and condescending. Update- Same clerk has since, pulled my daughters significant other aside to tell him that neither she or I are allowed in the store. Talk about unprofessional and way overstepping... I like this chevron, I really do. Plenty if pumps, I don't think I have ever had to wait. The store is pretty large, great place to fuel up, grab some road snacks, and ride off to your next adventure. Why 3 stars? They do not take credit card. After being out of the restaurant industry for 6 years, I never have cash. I don't use my debit card because why should I? I charge to my credit card, pay off my credit card and get cash back. Simple enough. I rely on my credit card for all things currency. Now don't get me wrong, you can use credit card at the pump, just not inside the store. Mind boggling why in 2014 they do not take credit cards. Sorry Chevron, I would probably come by more often as I live down the street if it wasn't for that fixable flaw you have. That indian woman who works here (or fijian , not sure) is honestly one of the rudest and most unprofessional clerks I have ever seen , she routinely acts in a passive agressive manner by speaking in faked friendly manner then acting aggressively by basically tossing things around or grabbing them quickly. Ive seen her on numerous occasions take items from the shelves or drinks from the cooler , I understand shes an employee but it looks really unprofessional to just pop some pills you took from the counter in front of a customer (pretty sure I wouldve been fired for that when I worked in a similar position for chevron). Everytime I walk in she glares at me and watches me closely as if Im about to steal something , even though I literally buy the same thing everytime. Ive seen this lady reject people from buying cigarettes and alcohol even though they possessed valid i.d. (military i.d. , passport) because she's "following the rules" but it's ok for you to take items off the shelf because you'll "pay for them later?" come on. read more

This is what I would consider a "nicer" gas station. There are plenty of pumps so I have never had to wait in line for gas. It's also very clean and well stocked (as the other reviewers have mentioned). The touch free car wash is great if you want to avoid the micro scratches that the older rolling brush style car washes can leave. The only real draw back is the staff who can come off as somewhat apathetic towards customers. On several occasions I have come in, purchased my items and left with little to no acknowledgment because they are deep in conversation (often not in English which makes me feel a little self conscious IE; are they talking smack?! Rude employees. Smells like incense most of the time. Tonight the heater was on and the inside temp was over 84 degrees on a summer day and you could smell the food spoiling . Cashiers response was it's comfortable to her. The credit card readers outside have been tampered with. Reported it and they didn't care. Last keep underage daughters away from here. The guys that work here like to give them free candy and ask them out or offer them jobs. Update 9/8/2016 - Harassment of the patrons continues. I will let everyone know the moment I no longer see these specific employees working there. Until then keep your children away. It no longer smelt like incense and the Air Conditioning appears to be working. Management hasn't contacted me yet to look into or respond to my review of their employees and statements I have made regarding their employees making advances on underage girls. They instead told the employees that if I come in to not serve me. I'm ok with that. I will update my review and stars once this situation has been addressed. read more

I'm a neighbor that lives in the area and I'm sad to say that I've lived here for 12 years the customer service is changed at the store and I want everyone to know this is the rudest customer service I've ever seen I witnessed a customer be insulted over $.30 and be told if it's so important to you I'm gonna give you $.30 and you can leave the store this is what the young lady told a customer over $.30 and basically threw the money at the customer I asked if I could speak to the manager and they told me to go to Subway I went to subway there was no manager when I asked to speak to the manager the next day I was implied that I was harassing the individual I finally got a hold of the manager and told them I would never Shop at the store again I hope everyone understands it might be quick and easy to stop at the store but the money that you're giving to the store should never be spent because they way they treat the neighborhood makes a difference please stop shopping at the store if you have any questions my name is Vince Strona read more

Feel very ripped off. The large sign says gas is $3.65 a gallon when I began pumping my gas the pump said $3.85 if I would of known I would have went to the station across the street for )3.69 a gallon. False advertising to say the least. Very disappointed. I took pictures and will be calling the attorney general and bbb. Change your signif you change your price. read more
