BEWARE!! Ive had an extremely frustrating experience with Hatfield Village Apartments and their…read moremanagement company, Scully Company. After paying a $500 application deposit, I never received my refund. I spent over a month calling and texting not only Hatfield village but scully management and even the property manager with no real resolution. Eventually, I received what appeared to be an automated/AI-generated message claiming that my refund had been deposited--but it never was. After getting nowhere, I was forced to file a claim with my bank just to recover my own money. Only after taking that step did I start receiving threatening emails from Scully claiming that I somehow owed them $625 for an apartment I never even moved into. They are now threatening to send this to collections, which is completely unacceptable and honestly shocking given the situation. Instead of resolving a legitimate issue, they've created additional stress and confusion. I've given the information to my lawyer and will be preceding with a lawsuit against them if this is not resolved asap. This experience felt disorganized at best and predatory at worst. I would strongly caution anyone considering Hatfield Village to document everything and be very careful when dealing with deposits and billing.

Easy walking to the Lansdale train station and a quick 5 minute drive to the Montgomery Mall. Plenty of delivery places, and decent shopping. The building is a little over 40 years old, and does look a little dated in some places, mostly the carpet and the occasional water stain. The common areas are kept pretty clean, with the exception of the smokers butt cans by the doors. There are some slobs that live here, but what can you do? The fitness center has the standard gear; a universal machine, couple treadmills and a stationary bike. As far as amenities go, it's not luxury living, but you get a place to live that has people who give a crap managing. Now the gripes. Terrible insulation. On really windy days I can hear the wind sighing through my front door and the draft is strong enough to blow out a match. While that may not seem like much, it can be a steel-plated bitch to heat & cool. My biggest complaint is the online payment processing. Most of us prefer to do online payment processing. It would appear the Lindy Properties management company is now actively discouraging this, as there is a WHOPPING $35.00 to pay your bill online. That's right, $35.00 to electronically transfer money. When I first moved in, it was $9.95, then it went to $12.95, now it's $35.00. *shrug* I'd recommend this place to friends, but not if they like to pay all their bills via credit card and them pay that off every month.

This property seems to be very family-friendly...as a single person, it doesn't mean a whole lot to me, but it's nice to see families around. The residents' outdoor spaces are well-decorated and maintained, and it's always a nice feeling to come home after work. My apartment was quite clean upon moving in, and the property seems to be fairly well-maintained overall the only issue that I have is that water bills are split amongst the entire building - even though I travel often for work and use very little, I end up paying more than I ever did when only my unit's water was measured in previous properties. I've had minimal maintenance concerns since I've moved in, but any of them were addressed swiftly and professionally by the staff. Everyone that I've met here so far has been great, and I'm looking forward to warmer weather and spending more time outside soon. For tenants that have school-aged children, Executive House is part of the North Penn School District which is a Blue Ribbon school district. The manager, Sheritta, stayed on top of updating our unit. Since she has taken over, we have had an electrician over to fix necessary repairs, the plumbing in our master bedroom (which has double sinks) has been repaired correctly and maintenance (Elvis and his son) fixed our plumbing in a timely manner. Sheritta also got a new kitchen floor, new air conditioner, and a new fridge for our unit. We will be moving soon but I will have fond memories of Executive House.
