As someone who has worked in a small shop many moons ago and have witnessed theft I can appreciate a shop owner protecting their business and questioning a patron in store if they suspect something, and I am adult enough to not take it personally. Yes, maybe an apology should have been made, but like the owner stated he just had a loss of a parent and having a bad day here and there. Grieving a loss comes in spurts as you try to carry on. That being said, I love Legends of Time store. Seems so many are too sensitive and do not put themselves in the shoes of someone only protecting their business as this man was doing.
