He's a heck of a good guy, real artist and a fine conversationalist. On top of all that, he really takes an interest in you. On top of that he is a master of his art - gives an excellent haircut. The stylist was personable (even before she got the note that this was a do-over), and we got along well. New customers have to pay attention when booking. You have to follow directions on his website and he doesn't do walk-ins. I've witnessed a few complaints about how particular he is with regard to this, but he is a one man operation and the time he spends on administrative items, like a new customer not able to follow his directions, is less time taking care of his customers. He has lots of classic grooming supplies and also makes some custom one's as well. I love his products and use them almost exclusively. TLDR: follow his instructions. Be on time. You'll get a great haircut and a fantastic experience. After a few years, he is not just my barber, but a friend. This is after I goofed up his instructions a few times. Love this place. Ron proceeded to cut well over an inch on both of those areas, making my hair in the back longer than the top.
