Quality of service is dependent on what you're bringing or buying !!.. The nephew said it was worth $600 and would give me $575. I should have known my facts before going in, but didn't check it until getting home. I also had 214 oz of silver coins, which he ran through a machine and offered $2000, but I did know that was worth more and questioned him. He ran it through the machine agsin and came up MUCH higher. He said the machine was set wrong and offered more money, but at this point I did not trust him. I should have gotten the gold back but live and learn. I called to see if he had made a mistake and he promised to call back the next day. He did not. I called and got the owner who was a nasty, hateful old man who is quite accustomed to unhappy customers and had all the answered ready. He said that he had 40 complaints against him with BBB and for me to go ahead and they would just laugh.
