The company has since ceased operations, and now we found out they never registered the warranties with the wholesaler or the manufacturer. Isn't that nice? In fact these people haven't registered any warranties for any of the units they purchased from their wholesaler- EVER. As of today we have registered a formal complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Augusta, and they seem extremely anxious to speak with this business owner.

Joshua took time to talk on the phone about the job, asked great questions beforehand, then came out the next business day to look at the install job and give me a quote. But, he's a good, ethical guy, and could appreciate our situation, and so he told us how we could make the best of our situation without massive demo and conduit, and crazy expensive wiring.
