They had the best prices, and even sold us an additional warranty for 12 years of labor coverage on all the units. The company has since ceased operations, and now we found out they never registered the warranties with the wholesaler or the manufacturer. Isn't that nice? In fact these people haven't registered any warranties for any of the units they purchased from their wholesaler- EVER. As of today we have registered a formal complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Augusta, and they seem extremely anxious to speak with this business owner.
