Definitely as good as it gets! We had a tire blow out on the interstate which damaged a brake line on our 38' RV. After being towed and crossing our fingers they could help us when they opened in the morning we were wowed by the amazing customer service, great rv repair knowledge, and swiftness of the repair for us. No excuses, no complaints from them, they just sincerely felt compassion for our dilemma and got us back on the road towards home in no time...You just don't get businesses run like this anymore. The good is that my sells person was nice. This was my first time using them. Took my 36' RV in for tire installation, a week later I had to call because I hadn't heard from them. I was Informed they replaced my brake calipers and did some other work after looking up a recall. I asked did they replace the pads? They said no, they weren't that bad. I informed them that I should have been given the opportunity to buy new pads to put on since they were changing the calipers and had to take the old pads off anyway. Also, I should have been told prior to them doing the recall work, and wasn't. Brake fluid was spilled on my new battery which is not a big deal, but they didn't wipe it off. My fuse box cover under the hood was missing and my hood locks left open. I called them and asked them to look for it, but they never got back with me. The new front tires were inflated 15lbs. lower than the manufacturer's recommendation. This was my first visit with them and probably my last. My trust in their service is shaky because of their lack of attention to detail and communication as new steps developed. read more

I Had an RV electrical problem that I was unable to solve on the road. Called Mainland Truck and Trailer Service and asked whether they might be able to give me a hand ASAP. Kurt indicated that they had no availability for about a week but that he would try to work me in on the day that I had called and to come in as soon as possible. Once I arrived I was introduced to Nick Goldney the lead technician. Nick got right to the problem and within a very short period of time had sorted out the issue and had me back on the road within a couple of hours. I feel very fortunate to have had the experience of Mainline Truck and Trailer and their attitude of helpfulness. I will absolutely recommend them as often as possible and will use their services in the future it should I have the need. read more

Mainline Truck services a wide variety of large trucks and RVs. We had engine trouble while on the road with our RV and these guys were very accommodating. They ordered in part before I even arrived at the shop and started working the issue right away upon my arrival. Excellent service, very nice people, very good mechanics. I was traveling across I80 in Ohio when the belt on my motorcoach rv shredded, I pulled in to the rest area and started searching online for Roadside service, after calling a few places with no luck I called Mainline, they were extremely helpful, they called Prevost to get the part number for the belt, they located a belt and drove out to the service area and installed it. 3 hours after breaking down I was rolling again. Yes it was a little pricey, but that's the name of the game. read more
