I was charged a diagnostic fee. Fine. They said what the problem was (supposedly) and what the charges would be to repair the problem. I gave consent to fix the problem. After picking up the car, on the drive home the issue was still present. Because I picked up the car close to closing, by the time I got home they were closed. I called the next day and I was told to bring it back for more diagnostics. I did. Once there, I was told I'd be charged for the diagnostics again. I was livid.
