A few days later they called to ask if they could start a week or two earlier than planned (When has THAT happened with a contractor??). The next morning they showed up a little after 7:00. By 2:00 pm they had replaced all the shingles, two skylights and 11 pieces of OSB. Louie went around the job site with a blower, carefully picking up any nails or small pieces of debris. He showed me multiple photos so I could see what was done during the job. This was a first-rate job and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Jairo was the 3rd person I met after appointments with 2 other roofers who both proposed a new roof and various other expensive, involved treatments. Nothing that those roofers proposed would have solved my leak. Jairo, the flat roof whisperer, was able to diagnose the problem, which only needed the correct caulk, placed in the correct position!
