I would be a first time patient, and when I called at 12:05pm this afternoon, the woman that answered the phone (unfortunately I do not remember her name, nor would I want to because she was completely out of line) was entirely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. I called to ask a simple question - "what are the hours of operation for the business? since there is no information available on the website." Her response was "ma'am this is the call center" I replied with "I know, that's why I'm asking what the hours for the practice are" she said "Ma'am, this is just the call center." I then tried to reply and stated that "as a call center shouldn't you know from what time to what time you would need to answer the phone calls for the practice" the woman responded with an annoyed tone, a took a deep breath and said "Oh my god." Whether that was meant for me to hear or not, I heard it and that is NOT how you treat patients. You (the call center employees) are answering phone calls and talking to patients dealing with psychological issues, WHAT MAKES YOU THINK IT'S OKAY TO SAY THINGS LIKE THAT? It is not our fault if you are unhappy with your job. You don't like answering phone calls? then fucking quit! But DO NOT take your frustration out on me, you got me fucked up if you think I won't say anything. Immediately after, I asked to speak to her supervisor, who then answered my question. A simple question that only needed a simple response - and if she didn't know what the hours were, then she should have asked someone, common sense!
