When I got my copy of the report, about a week later, it showed a lot of PVC's. There was Bigeminy & Trigeminy, along with short (but frequent) runs of V-tack which could easily go into a life-threatening cardiac event. She got a copy of the report, as I do. I was schedualled for a cardiac ablation. This was the 2'nd attempt made. The 1'st time it was because, although it was the day before the procedure, I was hit with a list of meds not to take starting 5 days before. During this procedure all seemed to go well as far as I can remember, but it all seemed to short. That's when I was told that the procedure was not done because they saw no ectopic beats. Now this was the 2'nd time this attempt was aborted & by now I was getting pretty pissed. I mean didn't she see her own report, or for that matter the RWJ cath staff as well. My best advice to you is that you stay clear of both this doctor (?) as well as this hospital. They have both made a ton of money off of me & absolutely nothing was done to help me. Now I have to find another Dr. & hospital myself. If you truly care about your loved one, do not let your family member get anywhere near these 2, or you may find yourself doing the horrible task of dealing with just another, unexplained, sudden cardiac death. Make an appointment with Dr Malecki. Your regular cardiologist may be content with pumping you up with meds. Dr. Kayaneh recommended that I have an ablation. The AFib is gone. No more shortness of breath from mild exertion. My resting heart rate is down and my blood pressure is down. Also AFib causes damage to the heart. When the ablation is performed, that damage is corrected. Get the ablation.

I carried this for a few years, so when the stroke happened I thought to myself "OK now I'm gonna HAVE to get this thing done and my life is going to change. Dr. Barsky did a COMPLETE and THOROUGH review of my medical history and tests. Then he did his own complete cardiovascular tests and reviews. I now know that my heart is healthy and fine after all these years. my mindset has changed regarding my health and I'm back to my normal self. Dr. Barsky and his staff are EXCELLENT. His office staff is what gives him only one star. The desk staff are extremely unfriendly burnt out and truly impatient not answering questions until the important copay is paid in full cash/check only. They need an office manager who can revamp their scheduling system and realistically make a what is already a very stressful visit more positive friendly and reassuring as possible. Positivity goes a long way. Negative energy is felt and I felt not heard or understood and the conversations and complaining while use of cell phones by staff was overheard and felt in waiting room. Doctor is wonderful but I won't be back due to the process and rudeness of staff.. the whole office needs a U-Haul and I hope this review helps him to make the necessary changes to improve his practice and it's reputation.

I hear "busy" or "emergency", and rarely a "sorry about the wait' but longer than usual waits seem to be the norm, today was just intolerable, being put in an exam room for an hour waiting for the doctor, after an overlong waiting room wait, and then more waiting in between. This issue needs to be addressed and corrected, but it's doubtful it ever will be, at this point.

Shes very thorough as is Perilstein. I recommend this place not just because theyre good doctors, its also a very comfortable environment and the front desk workers are great as well. Very easy to get to and to park as well. These guys have never played me. Both doctors are very to the point and wont have you doing things you dont need.

Usually an office will give you a prescription with enough meds until you can see the doctor. Woman refused to do that. Also refused to give me an appointment, but put me on a waitlist. That was October of 2024. It's now May of 2025. Nobody ever called me. I requested my records be transferred to a new cardiologist over a month ago. Called to check and they were never sent.
