I came for a 60 birthday party? The parking is okay. I would get there early. After a while, you won't be able to park inside the lot. They have 3 halls. It would be nice if they labeled each hall, so when you came to an event, you know which hall you were going to. The hall in the middle is big but it was just okay. I scheduled a Birthday Party event on June 2023. When we arrived for set up the place was not clean up well from a previous event. When my guest arrived the air was not working properly and my guest and I were literally sweating to death. There was no one around to accommodate us and his Security is a joke. He doesn't give you enough time to set up and take down. He charges $300 for Security so that if you're not out on time they keep your money. They were very unprofessional and I would never recommend or have anything at this place ever !!!!!! They always say why we don't support our own this is a Perfect example. The place needs a renovation and is extremely ghetto. The owner does everything from driving the only limo that they have to everything else. They refused to let vendors in for my sister's wedding hours before the event over a 300 cleaning fee that was not in her contract. They demanded that we pay it in cash only and wouldn't take any other payment option. How was we supposed to pay in cash only and we're all waiting for the owner to drive the limo to the house to be picked up for the wedding? A mess! Even though the space was paid for He had some old women denying them access which pushed everything back. He picked the bridal party up an hour late! And because the decorator was off schedule, when guests arrived, they were still decorating and guests could not sit down. The air was not turned on and my sister had to fuss at the old lady to turn it on and to ask for a broom to sweep up. The only limo they had to pick us up in smelled like cigarettes. The sinks were stopped up and bathrooms were disgusting. I wouldn't book this place if they offered a free event there with everything included. The owner needs to shut the place down. read more

This space is nice, but the management is beyond horrific. The owner's name is Doc. He is beyond ghetto. I have never been this offended in my proffesional career. I have been a caterer/ decorator for many years. The owner had workers painting the area that a wedding ceremony was supposed to be in the morning of the wedding. The decorating staff was denied access to the area. He lied about where he was, we couldn't find him for more than 40 minutes. He's extremely argumentative. I will never return to this environment. He was loud and agressive with WOMEN. This was my first time meeting "Doc" in any way. I pray that it is my last encounter. He actually said to me "I am not professional, I just rent space!" Please do not go there ever, he even complains about other contracted parties who have previously rented. I feel traumatized. read more

we booked this venue for a babyshower on March 30th. during the first week of February we needed to change the date because my grandson was born prematurely. it took several phone calls to get the attention of the "so called minister" to return our phone calls. this was after we gave him $300. when we finally talked to him in feburary, he stated he only had 1 date available in June. june2nd, a Sunday from 2pm to 6pm. we called him to confirm the time on April 18th and he told us the time was 6pm to 8pm. when we tried to negotiate a better time or even a different date. he said "there is no way in hell!" needless to say. we will not have a babyshower or any other event at this place. don't give this naughty so called pastor/minister your money because you will not see it again. Great place for the price. Well kept clean and very easy to decorate. I had my family New Years party and they were all impress when they walked in. I found my spot for all my parties. I wanna give thank the owner for his hospitality and his staff who help us clean after it was all over. My family and I had so much fun. read more

If you like dealing with hood establishments then this may be the place for you. If not, you'll want to stay far away from this place. There is so much I could say about the so-called Pastor/owner of this establishment aka "Doc" aka "Reverend Motown" but to make it short he is simply DISRESPECTFUL! On the initial meeting he made my daughter and fiancé wait 1 1/2 hours. I left after 30 minutes because he wasn't going to disrespect my time. His conversation is nothing like any Pastor or Man of God I know. If you asked him a question he would not answer directly or would try to be clever which was annoying. I could go on and on about his disrespectful ways but the last straw was when he came into my daughters wedding reception, went over to the DJ to shut the music down and announced on the microphone that if someone didn't move their car in 15 minutes they were going to get towed. Keep in mind that we were not the only event that night at the hall so he didn't know whose car it was. No one gave him permission to interrupt our event and he was rude and threatening on the mic. This place is definitely not the place to rent if you want to have time to set up for your event and have a good time without being rushed through your event. The people there were very rude and had an attitude whenever you asked them a question. We're asked them for a mop for a spill and read told we couldn't have a mop but we can have some towels to get the spill up so her I am stepping on towels and sliding across the floor to clean the spill very unprofessional and unsanitary because now you have to pick the wet towels up with your hands. People were still dancing and the music suddenly stopped because the staff member told the DJ he had to cut the music off but were still had 45 minutes until the party was over. They get your money and then cheat you out of the hours you payed for to give "THEM" time to clean up. I would not have given them a single star if I didn't have to.
