They rescheduled me for today and sent me a conformation, highlighting I would be charged 1/2 the service if I cancelled or didn't show. W/in hours of my appt today, the owner called to say Hailey didn't want my business. Turning down money because SHE WAS IN THE WRONG! This is ONE LOCAL BUSINESS that I WILL NEVER have myself, friends, or family support! #very unprofessional

BAD.. so not only did I pay an insane price for these.. they did not even look good I day I left with them... thankfully I was able to find an esthetician that was willing to work with me and fix my lashes. Absolutely night and day. So i spent over $200 here to turn around and spend more to get them fixed by someone else. I WOULD NOT go here for lash extensions.. I have posted photos since there are absolutely none of any lash extension work.. 1st photo is the day I walked out of Posh.. and that was a FULL VOLUME SET... 2nd photo is my re-work done by someone else.. which i HIGHLY would recommend.. The hair cut was great.. but I will never go here again for lashes.. EVER.

You get slippers and robe and the best part is, there are no restrictions as to how much clothing you would like to keep throughout the spa. The waiting room is cozy, relaxing and has LED masks to use while you wait with light snacks and drinks. The facial was very relaxing, they let you choose your aromas. The sauna is great, but only has space for 2 people, it has temp and variety of LED options. Overall I really enjoyed my experience!

As luck would have it, they were able to get me in (which is why I never assume they can't get me in). I walked in and she saw the look on my face. I asked if they had libations and she offered a mimosa. Perfect. I sat in their beautiful and quiet room before and after my massage. Most spas don't have a simple relaxation room with comfortable chairs. I feel like this is one of the more important parts of a spa. The fireplace was perfect, as well as the choice of snacks and drinks. But the star of the show was Laurie. She actually listened to what I wanted and gave me the massage I asked for. Most therapists ask what you want and then end up doing their routine anyway. She was fantastic. All the staff were great. Who knew this small spa in Indiana would be one of my favorites in the country?

Her location is extremely clean, to the point that she really didn't have to make very many changes when COVID hit (because her between-client cleanliness standards are already super thorough). The only downside is that she is typically booked solid, so it can be tough to get in quickly. I consider that a good thing, because this means lots of other people also love her services as much as I do. I have started to book 3 appointments at a time so that I get the frequency and time slots that I want.

There is only 1 nail tech (Carrie) so I felt more safe being one on one than in a salon with a dozen chairs side by side. She did a wonderful job with the pedi. My gel manicure didn't turn out the greatest. It looked ok when I left, but later noticed that the gel is so thin you can actually see light coming through the dark color on the nail. It also scratches easily. I've been getting gel mani's for years and have never had them scratch/show wear like this before. I believe it was a product issue. The cost was $85 for both, which I found to be fairly steep.

Located on Main Street in Carmel, this multi-story spa offers all types of skincare services and sells quality skincare lines in the lobby. I'd been in to pick up a few products before, but finally booked a facial last week. I called ahead to book my appointment. I wanted them to assess what my skin needed, so I gave them my budget and told them to do whatever they thought was best in that price range. My esthetician, Rose, was amazing and did a great job clearly explaining what she was doing. She answered all of my questions in a helpful way and I learned that she has 14+ years of experience. She said that this is her favorite place she's worked because everyone here is passionate about skin and they get all of the new gadgets. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). My face was super glowy after and my skin felt tight the following day. The products that she used were top of the line (IS Clinical, Babor, etc), so the price of the facial truly is worth the quality of product that they're giving you. I appreciated the custom facial and was surprised that the glow was instant. Highly recommend!

My mum connected me with Kimberly when I was 12 years old because I had a pretty bad unibrow- couldn't be walking around like that! I'm not going to lie, I have some great brows- they are full and thick and have a nice natural arch, so many people wanted to thin them out and make them something they structurally shouldn't look like. But not Kim! She really knows how to work with each individual and cater to what they want/need when it comes to alignment and shaping. I really don't know what I would do without Kim (probably still walking around with my unibrow or had someone ruin my thick, full brows). Kim also changed my world when it came to my skin.
