He stated some are better than the others for durability like Nucore & Durolux and still need to see the different ones that are offered . The one I was choosing was less expensive and happened to match better but when I tried the sample at home it did scratch easily with a flathead(I did as an experiment) as he had previously mentioned. He said not to drag furniture or anything that may scratch it. He said I needed a blue bottom cover for the floor underneath but u are if I actually need it . I decided to head back the next day and exchange the one I had with the one that was more durable to last longer since it would not be warrantied if any scratches were to occur. I also purchased a tool to install it if needed . I wanted to purchase and match a marble piece that I already have in the area going into the other rooms. He took me to the area and we picked a piece out. Additionally, I had the transition piece to match. He loaded the car for me. When I returned the next day it was busier. Another guy assisted me but was told to go to another customer and someone else helped me. He took the ones I purchased out of the car but there was a bit of a delay at the registers when I returned because customers were also returning and purchasing. I will more than likely have someone install it even though I do like to learn DIY .

Everything that I ordered, and I mean everything..I received...was wrong! He called & switched to tile on me because apparently they were out of stock. This was nothing but a complete headache! And when I called to let him his response was "just chill".."breathe. Honestly, I'm not one to hurt someone's business, but when I order something I expect to get the same thing that I ordered! I won't tell you not to shop there because he has great things in his showroom and he really gave me some awesome decorating tips too, but triple check your order... Just 72 hours later Nelson contacted me and asked if they could do the install. I am sure my situation was somewhat rare and the stars aligned but I was truly astonished. I wanted to like this store and the owner. But what was delivered was unsatisfactory, especially…read morefor the price. You can't really inspect the vanity if you live in an apartment because they will not remove the covering before it is brought up to the apartment and installed. Upon removing the cardboard packaging, and shrink-wrap, I found a nick on the quartz top, a cut (more like a "gash") on the left side of the vanity, and drawers that don't align or close to be level with the rest of the body. The last items especially cannot be known until the entire vanity is fully installed. The owner offered to replace it with another vanity. There are several problems with that -- one is removing the installation, which would include undoing the plumbing, and finding a way to bring it downstairs again, when bringing it upstairs was difficult enough. And the probability that these problems with the drawers not aligning will likely exist with the new vanity, since it has to do with sloppy construction and bad design. It's not likely that the piece that I have is the only one with these issues. Curiously, the handyman who installed the vanity showed me that there were holes drilled on the back of the vanity, as if someone had planned on attaching a mirror. That means that the vanity is either returned to the store or "manufacturer" or it's a second hand piece. As for the gash -- that is the most offensive flaw. I suppose I'll have to repair it with wood filler and live with it. What I have asked was that I be given a discount for these flaws. I hope the owner will change his mind and agree to do so.

They truly made the ideas in my head come to fruition. The wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-floor wardrobe they designed for our small Miami Beach apartment, opened a whole new world when it came to space-saving and just adding class to our room. My entire family absolutely adores the extra space that they have for their personal effects. I am amazed at the spaciousness of the drawers that allows me (and our girls) to keep them organized, not having stuff everywhere. Roger was truly amazing throughout the entire process (even after full-payment). Never once did I have an issue getting ahold of him. He did everything he said he would do, and when I would call him with a new idea, he would implement it without complaint. Roger truly goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is satisfied and the work is absolutely perfect! In fact, there was an issue with the floor not being laid properly which created a big headache in getting the wardrobe to line up straight. Roger and his crew had to spend additional days and money to make sure it all looked perfect to their standards at no extra charge to us.
