I can't say enough wonderful things about Supreme Window Coverings Inc.! Elliot, Kenny, and his team are professional, competent and stand behind their gorgeous products! In my eyes, there is no other place to go for window treatments than Supreme. Our master bedroom window treatments are very delicate. We have a blackout shade and zebra shades on top. The middle shade is a double window and it's heavy. There is a heavy bar at the bottom of the shade that after a few years seems to rip off. We met with Elliot at Supreme and he ordered three new window treatments for us. Kenny scheduled an installation appointment with us. He called in advance and came when scheduled. 1) Out of the two shades we ordered, Supreme got one right. And this was after nearly a 2-month wait. We had another several week wait for the correct shade to come in. 2) NOTE: Although the shades are called "custom," if your window/wall is a bit crooked, the shade will not hang correctly. So although someone comes to measure, it is not a precise measurement from side-to-side (top and bottom) and the shade is not cut to fit the window precisely. 3) Both times the installer came, he did not supply his own step-stool; I had to carry mine over to him from the closet. 4) After installing the correct shade on his second visit, I pointed out that one cord was a bit loose, and he answered, "it's fine," before flying out the door. On the whole our experience was disappointing--especially for the price point. read more

Seth Brustein and his crew changed this house from an all white new construction gem baking in the sun to a Mediterranean breeze delight that matched artwork, rugs and the overall mood of this small home They came on time as stated and changed the whole look and feel with Hunter Douglas cellular shades. They were installed efficiently and immediately cut the heat He also put in a variety of shelves/drawers and hanging areas in two odd shaped closets. It was like putting in another room and lifted the whole feel. There is now space that I never dreamed of I'm crazy about my new shades and closets and he will be doing cabinets in the garage.
