I like that this is all that they offer, as they can become more of a master than splitting it among different tanning techniques. The girl that did my tan was very nice and precise. She sprayed me twice and it was great. Perfect color tan, especially because i am incredibly white. I do not tan at all, usually burn and freckle. My color was perfect and I had no streaks. After she finished my tan and before I dried myself, she washed my palms with tan remover that removed excess color and also did the same to my heels. It was a nice touch, and something I haven't seen at another shop. She also gives you a few things to take with you like spot remover, tips about the tan and lip balm. It was a nice touch. When it comes time for the tan to dry, they put you in a room filled with fans and music. It's rather relaxing and a very good idea. I've been to a place where they give you something that looks like a vacuum to dry your skin. Be sure to exfoliate with a salt or sugar scrub the night before! Will definitely be back!

The facility is as-needed-clean and there staff is a typical group of high school over-tanned girls. Most are off their cell phones enough to chat with you and check you in. Also there are good student discounts if I recall correctly!

Note: If you put your account on hold, the salon still charges $5 a month for the price guarantee (which seems to be standard with most fitness/health clubs). HOWEVER, when you reactivate your membership, you can actually use that money towards items in the salon. The staff ranged in ages, but all were pretty courteous. Some went above and beyond with helpful tips and suggestions for lotions to use (based off color and what I wanted to achieve.), and other times they were swamped with people and had to be several places at once. Going back here this week, because they are definitely on the ball with maintaining the light bulbs and cleaning when compared to a couple other places I've looked into.

Instead of helping resolve the issue, she was extremely rude, called me a liar, and spoke down to me over the phone. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I do want to say that the younger girls who work at the front desk have always been kind, helpful, and professional. They were never the problem, and I don't want my experience with management to reflect poorly on them. The tanning beds are also not well maintained. In my experience, more than half the time I visited, at least one bulb in the bed I used was burned out, and there were also times when entire beds were out of service. Between being charged after canceling my membership, not receiving the refund I was promised, the lack of response from management, and the way I was treated when I tried to resolve the issue, I cannot recommend spending your money here.
