Was told cab was enroute...would not give me an eta when I asked. 5 minutes later I receive a text informing me that a cab has been dispatched. My reservation was clearly ignored and pointless. At 4am cab arrives (half hour past my reservation TO THE AIRPORT). Note: if you are accustomed to your Uber's standard of cleanliness, be prepared to adjust your standard downward significantly. That said, it was your typical taxi standard of cleanliness and I was just thankful it didn't smell like a homeless shelter. Trip was quick. Driver was surprised that I didn't have $161 in cash and was not prepared to take my credit card. This is despite the fact that the website very clearly states that major credit cards accepted. Nevertheless the driver took the time to locate his square swiper, and when he couldn't find it, he figured out how to do it manually. All being said, I'm giving the extra star because the driver was very friendly and polite. My advice if you are reserving a cab, anticipate they may be half an hour late.
