He really understands how stressful moving can be for some people and he made my life a million times easier. He was busy but always accommodating and followed up on commucation. He has upfront pricing and expertise . His moving rates are on par to other companies but they were done much quicker using his bin system , saving my family money. The bins and wardrobes came in clean conditions and were even discounted for us. He provided all the supplies like tape and bubble wrap. It was one stop shopping. Trust him and his bin system. My husband was skeptical that we needed as many bins as Andrew had suggested but we filled them all and could have used more. My place was cleared out in no time using his system. Well before the estimate. His crew can hustle and I packed some really heavy things that they had to take up 4 flights in a narrow townhouse stairwell. Such polite and hard working young men. They were pros that took extra steps with blankets and shrink wrap to keep everything clean and damage free. This was easily the best moving experience in my life and worth every penny and then some. Book these guys! I've moved A LOT over the years and this was the best moving experience I've had with any company. I spoke with the owner to reserve a truck and movers and he was professional, honest and offered suggestions for a smooth move. Also, the final bill matched the quote, which is rare with moving companies. No hidden fees or whatever usually happens. The movers (we had three) were courteous and careful with wrapping fragile items for transport, moving my boxes and furniture, and were very efficient with their time (I was quoted three hours and they finished the job on time). I moved my belongings into a storage unit and they unloaded everything quickly and packed everything away with care. Excellent! They were completely accommodating when we booked a time to have the boxes dropped off, all of the equipment they provided worked perfectly and EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS. Everyone knows that living in a "half packed house" prior to moving is a nightmare - but with stackable boxes that easily open and close - you can actually make it work. They also came and picked everything up 2 days after our move - again on time - and they even took their shoes off for our new white carpets. That's just classy. This company was awesome!! They provided excellent service. They literally came to our old apartment and dropped off all the moving supplies and picked them up at the new place. I've rented eco bins from Major Move twice in two years. Both times, I was able to pack, move and unpack within two weeks, which is no easy feat. Did I mention that moving is the worst? However, the wardrobe boxes and kitchen boxes took away a lot of the headache. The dollies allow you to stack several bins for ease of packing and moving. I first called to rent some boxes, then I decided to switch to them for the move itself as the original movers, Capital Moving & Transport, turned out to be a scam.
