I rarely have time to write reviews or fad up enough to do so but this place is getting increasingly disappointing over the years. I've bought bras from this place for many years since I was really young. At the beginning, it was ~$50 for a nice bra, and the sales people were very helpful and accommodating with discounts. In recent years, the price went up drastically, $80+ per bra, but the products are still the same, shipments from China with no certified source of materials or brand R&D. Despite knowing their crazy profit margins, I worked around that price point because I was looking for Asian bras. But what prompted this review is the way they squeeze every dollar out of you through their membership program, which should benefit the customers. First, this place doesn't allow any returns, only exchanges. At a ~$80 price point, zero return policy for bras not underwear is really unacceptable. Last week, I walked into the store, took a look at two bras, and bought one of them. They gave me a membership discount of $10. Today, I called wanting to buy the other one. They told me the discount is only for February but I visited the store in February. At any other American place, it would have counted as the same purchase, and there would be a price matching policy. Or at the very least, for a loyal customer who's been buying bras from this place for at least 7 or 8 years, this so called membership policy shouldn't be so "strict"! Even though I moved to LA in the past two years, I still went back to the store including this most recent time in February. I am quite disappointed with the way they treat their loyal customers, and I really don't think they care. I am done with this place, searching for a new Asian bra store.
