I have purchased many items (probably 20+) from the Bagriculture and every item I've received has been as described or better. Most items I have bought through Poshmark and a couple from Instagram. When my Instagram item was late I contacted Anthony and he fixed the error the same day and I received my item within a couple days with an apology. I am in the process of reselling some of my items and some people ask for certificates of Authenticity. Every item I've had to do that for has passed and I've never questioned authenticity of any of my items. Anthony is a trusted authenticator. HORRIBLE! The Chanel wallet I won on an auction was a mess. Leather discenagrating, smelled of strong cigarette smoke and moth balls. The LV bags straps were so badly cracked they fell apart when I put a wallet and keys in it. NONE of this was disclosed before purchase. NO ONE would get back to me re the issue. So, I won a bid today on Posh Live show of Bagriculture. I won a bag (got a good price) and then they blocked me! What a strange company to block a first time customer with no communication or reason.. They charged me for the bag just now. I will see if I get it, the condition, authenticity..I am still blocked.. I have been on PM since 2016 and have a 5 star rating, plus Ambassador II. I think sellers like this are terrible for Poshmark and other sellers. . Same unscrupulous thing happened to me. I have made a report after I tried to cancel within hours on the same day because posh shows high level of scams and misrepresentation. Poshmark and them refused to cancel on bid and still shipped it out despite pleas of not shipping out items. The button was even missing off the Poshmark app to allow me to cancel. Just charging card and refusing cancellation is illegal by the way. I have come here for few times to look for handbags or accessories. I have not yet made a purchase. They have a wide selection of designer handbags, accessories, and shoes. I have to admit though, the pricing is not much better than what the item is worth at retail. I saw a Gucci belt bag that retails for $1150 on sale for $1000. The bag was not even in pristine condition. If I were to purchase used goods, I would want to buy them for at least 40% off. Another time, I saw Louboutins with soles that were very worn for $1000!!! These shoes retail for that amount. I came in once before with a tote from MCM that I wanted to sell. The sales lady said she didn't think I would get more than $100 for it. This was a $900 bag. BEWARE of these SCAMMERS! I was sold a Gucci crossbody from this arrogant as*h*** through the Poshmark platform in a live show. The bag is literally trash. It's peeling' flaking, has discoloration, and is shedding black stuff everywhere. It also has a button that was replaced making it not 100% authentic, like they said and violates Poshmarks policy. It's convenient that this was sold during a live when they only showed certain parts of the bag and there no picture of bag anywhere. I was so lucky to find this company on Poshmark. I've gone from having zero high end luxury bags/wallets and other slgs to multiples in almost every top brand for a fraction of what it would have cost to obtain them direct from the fashion houses. I've dealt with collectibles and other markets where there's scammers & fakes everywhere since I was a teenager with a Sailor Moon obsession so I know how crazy hard it can be to get reliable real items when it comes to these things. I've seen fakes on so-called trustworthy websites more times than I can count so I never ventured into 2nd hand luxury due to the high cost & high risk of getting a fake until I encountered Anthony. Now I've been faithfully watching every day for over a year and don't know of any team of people that work so hard to make it possible for everybody to have and enjoy nice things, or start up their own business by reselling the items offered at amazing prices. I've personally spent thousands and everything has been authentic with no question, and I'm meticulous. I'm also the type that really will report fakes to authorities and I've had companies shut down for it in the past. I've also learned so much from Anthony about luxury authenticity just from watching him talk about the different brands and designers. I appreciate so much having a reliable authenticator that has even worked with the government and been in business such a long time with an excellent track record going back over a decade to purchase high end luxury goods from. I was sold a designer backpack on a livestream on Poshmark from this company. The bag that was shown was old, but was auctioned off as minor flaws! What a bold lie! I received the bag and it is pure garbage and unusable. It was a gummy sticky mess. When I got the item I was very confused because it looked like someone had dumped a bottle of black pepper all over the inside of the plastic that the backpack came in. The black specks were from the bag! It was disgusting and very dissatisfying. I took the bag outside to try and get rid of some of the flakes, but there are so many it was pointless. I'm not from the area and requested immediate appraisal (as opposed to returning next day) and the sales rep was very honest and gave a realistic estimated time. There is a great selection from Chanel, Burberry, YSL, Gucci, Louis Vuitton. A lot of items are in very good condition. I think the appraisals are definitely low but didn't feel pressured or obligated to trade/sell. She told me the appraisal was good for an hour and it's completely up to me. read more

OMG where do I even start, I am furious with how they have treated my mother. She was watching a Poshmark Live Show of theirs, when my new rescue dog jumped on the sofa and knocked the phone on the floor resulting in an accidental bid on a gucci bag. She immediately told the host what happened and requested it to be cancelled , the host said she would and started to re run the bag so someone else could bid on it. ( I see this happen all the time on live shows, The bid button is too sensitive and poshmark needs to change it back to a slide to the side, the hosts can cancel the transaction as soon as the live show ends and anyone stating otherwise is lying they just choose not too cancel) They never cancelled the order and still charged her card and send the bag anyways. She immediately reached out to them and her credit card company . The box was un-opened and returned to sender , we have a picture of the box with returned to sender on it and a receipt from the post off that the box was dropped off to be returned. The credit card company was told by one of their representatives that they hadn't received it back yet, She followed back up with the credit card company who informed her that they said they did receive it but refused it back. So where is the bag? She no longer has it, it was returned back to them. She is now stuck paying $506.17 for a bag that was in fact returned? She tried calling the 917 number posted on the website, which was a mobile number that no one answered. She called another number that got a New York store manager or associate who forwarded the issue to poshmark , he seemed like a nice gentleman. However she wanted to speak to Tony directly. She tried reaching out to him through a Poshmark Live Show in hopes that she could speak to him directly and he tried to Embarrass her and call her a liar on a live show. What professional treats customers who are trying to get help that way? How is she a liar? She has a picture of the un-opened box with return to sender on it as well as the post office receipt that the bag was dropped off to them for return. They are not honest and are unethical. They speak down to people and are belligerent. I will no longer be watching their live shows or make any purchases from them . I hope this helps warn future prospective buyers read more

What a big difference from the bad experience we had at the Buffalo Exchange in Astoria, where they make you feel uncomfortable, glancing at our garments we adore so much but needed to sell them out. I purchased a Louis Vuitton handbag from them online through a website. I was horrified when I received the package. They didn't use a box to ship an expensive item like that. They wrapped it in bubble wrap and stuffed it in a thin plastic shipping bag. It's a pretty big Louis Vuitton handbag (14"L x 10"W). Imagine spending a lot of money and your item was throw around with no protection at all while moving through the shipping network. This is the worst shipping package I have ever seen. Even amazon and ebay sellers ship their $10 items with more protection. How much more it will cost them to use a shipping box instead considering they are selling luxury items!! I decided to keep the item but I will never buy from them again. I would not even sell any of my handbags to them because the way they treat these luxury items! read more

Sadly, even ArtBag cannot save the re-dyed Chanel. To anyone buying vintage, lesson learned is that prior to purchasing, take a soft, white piece of cloth (cut up an old, white tshirt) and rub. selling your stuff here is such a waste of time. They come in EXTREAMLY low and don't budge. I had a pair of brand new rock stud Valentino's that I paid $1200 for (not expecting I would get that) and they offered me $100 !!! This is not the first time though.. they also only wanted to give me $250 for a $4,200 Louis Vuitton bag before.... if you're going to purchase something-- it's a decent place, but don't waste your time trying to sell your items here. To begin, I want to apologize for getting sucked into writing a review without fully completing my experience at bagriculture. When I went in, Melanie was an absolute doll and slide in the conversation that to only pay $1 or $2 (don't remember exact number) per appraisal of the things I needed to sell, I had to leave a review - if not I would be charged $10 per item (I came in with a total of 6 items). To save myself $54, I did as told. I read many of the "negative" reviews on here and it's upsetting that I can relate to most. Yes, bagriculture has a high amount of great reviews but tread with caution - like me, they're most likely highly rated to save money. Complaint #1 - through researching and asking, I have found out that the appraiser is the owner which is NOT certified to appraise things. Certain high end things I brought in can only be appraised by someone coming straight from a flagship store - so sketchy. Why am I paying the owner or another staff member to appraise something? Complaint #2- there was a LOT of Chanel in the store. I've walked into very high end consignment stores of the same nature in very affluent neighborhoods, and not even there have I seen that much Chanel inventory. Well, the stuff here looked fake. There was one specific item that had no way of confirming it was real through touch and inspection but I was told some sketchy story on why. To confirm it's eligibility, a piece of cardboard is attached to each item it stating that it is real (inspected by who?!). Complaint #3 - the owner must think everyone that walks in is a moron and I truly feel bad for the people that get sucked into feeling they've scored an excellent deal. For a brand new LV, Longchamp, Gucci bag, van cleef & arpels jewelry, etc. the owner first quoted some pieces for $50 usd (LOL!) and then tried buy all 6 of my pieces for less than $1,500. I'm well aware that when selling my items they have to make a sale off it and I won't sell my items for anywhere near the amount I paid, but what they wanted to give me was OFFENSIVE. Overall, unless you're in dire need of getting rid of stuff, come here, but friends, I sold all my stuff for over $4,000 on poshmark, making over double what they were offering. Also, I received quotes from the RealReal and was impressed with their professionalism and rates. It does take time to really look around and advertise your goods but what were selling isn't cheap, so it shouldn't just be handed off to sketchy places like this. Lastly, if you look through comments, the owner contradicts and writes back to anyone writing a negative post, so I'll be waiting for mine. read more
