Other rental agencies were very frustrating with terrible communication, delays in returning phone calls or not listening to/answering our questions. Colin at Equipment Rentals was fantastic at listening, providing complete answers to questions, even when I had to call him back several times because the only dance floor option they had remaining available wasn't the ideal solution for us and I wanted to investigate other options. When I finally realized that ER was our best option, particularly because of their customer service, we rented with them. Colin took the time to explain all of the setup and work through logistics with us. Other warehouse personnel were pleasant. Pickup and return was easy and reliable. Service rep said "we noticed that our prices were below national retailers (Home Depot) so we increased prices and haven't updated it online". Kind of sketchy if you ask me. Rep was decent, machine was decent, but I just don't believe in false advertising. If you advertise a price online you should honor that price. Kind of a scam to get you in the door and then up charge you cuz "they forgot to change the website". Who knows how many items are falsely advertised at the wrong price?

As they are one of the most known DJ services in the area, this is the company we would choose anyway. We met our DJ, Brady, virtually before the event. He was (and is) super chill and seems to truly enjoy his profession. We made a playlist and a list of "must hear" songs, which he used to do his thing. Brady was very attentive to us - bride & groom - when we requested songs as we were all having fun on the dance floor. There were small things we noticed throughout the event that left us a little disappointed. The PA microphone was a little soft so guests had a difficult time hearing announcements. Also we had made a special cut of our first dance song that seemed to get lost in the mix. Other than those details, everything was amazing! We also got a photo booth and it was loved by everyone! I can't say enough good things about Nick and his execution. Good music was one of the most important things to my husband and I, and Milwaukee Airwaves exceeded our expectations!
