I purchased the full package that included cups, straws, the machine, and 4 drink flavors. They also include a handy metal tray with drip tube and an ice scoop. Didn't use half the drink flavors (they are huge) and unfortunately the ice scoop did not make it all day. I donated the unused flavors and was told the broken scoop was a wash. Would definitely use them again!

TWO CASES: FIRST CASE: I had my birthday party here and while the decoration was good, the service was terrible. The bartenders were so rude to my husband, myself and our guests. No smiles, nothing. When my husband asked for a coke to mix his drink, the male bartender rudely denied the service, before slamming the soda on the table like it was an inconvenience. How can we have an OPEN bar and get an attitude when we ask for soda. We decided to let it go and escalate it to the owner, I believe her name is Rasheeda. SECOND CASE: I was looking for a venue for my baby shower and I noticed that they were having a flash sale: $500 for 6 hour rental. I figured that it was a good deal and since we wanted something small and fit our budget. I booked and paid the deposit online on Sept 6th because the date we wanted was available. Before booking, I called Rasheeda on September 2nd to let her know that her website is not letting me book the 6 hour time slot we wanted. She said I should pick the closest time and she will note it. So I thought I was good! NOPE. Rasheeda texted me a few weeks later that the calendar on their website was broken that we would have to pick another date. We had people coming from out of town as well so we had to change the date on the invites. I figured technology can be faulty sometimes, so I picked another date. This should have been the sign for me to just take my services elsewhere. Almost a month later, I texted her to confirm the 6 hour time slot for her to gaslight me to think I was going crazy! She said that the sale ended in August and I can only have my event for 4 hours. The deposit receipt clearly stated the payment was for the flash sale for the west Allis location. I also sent her a screenshot of the payment confirmation and a screenshot of the flyer I took prior to booking. I also sent a screenshot of my call log showing that I spoke to her on Sept 2nd confirming that I will get the 6 hour time slot. After going back and forth (with her gaslighting and giving me the biggest attitude), she finally admitted that even though the flash sale ended in August, THEY STILL HAD THE FLASH SALE FYLER AND LINK ON THEIR WEBSITE IN SEPTEMBER. She then told me that "even though I was able to access the link and book via their website, it was not currently active". Make it make sense. She never communicated any of this to me when we had that phone conversation on Sept 2nd. She then proceeded to "act nice" by saying she will give me the two hours for free but for a different time slot (another gaslight) which I could not agree to as we've made too many changes regarding this event due to their miscommunication and poor system. She eventually acted like she was doing me a favor and decided to just cancel my booking after stressing my out! Now I have to find a different venue and change the invites AGAIN! I want to emphasize that it was not even about the money, because like I said earlier I've had my birthday here where my husband and I paid for the birthday package and also for open bar. I referred one of my friends after my birthday, and she had her son's birthday. It was more about the morality of it all. I've never encountered service providers like this lady and her staff. I am telling you that the stress is not even worth it. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!

I called a few florists and other balloon delivery businesses. Surprisingly, I was having an incredibly hard time finding the balloon. I finally called Balloonee Toonz. I spoke with both Deanna and Tracy. They were wonderful! They had just what I needed and more. My mom received seven beautiful balloons for a reasonable price, including delivery. Tracy delivered them today, on time, as promised. My mom was thrilled! Thank you, Balloonee Toonz for helping me make my mom's big day so special!

We had to wait more than four weeks to get an appointment at a time that worked for our work schedules, though Dylan was very friendly and personable. He asked questions that were more than just the surface queries about music styles and the venue, and we enjoyed the meeting. Having met with other DJs previously, Sound By Design came in a bit higher than the other quotes, but we really liked the overall vibe. We asked if they could match the price of our other leading vendor and received no reply. At all. I fully expected to hear that they don't negotiate their prices insert generic policy language here, I did not expect to be ghosted by the company like a bad Tinder date. For argument's sake, let's say that the interwebs failed and they did not receive the email in which we inquired about negotiating on the price. In that scenario, wouldn't Dylan have reached out after not hearing from us? His line of questioning had us with the impression that the personal connection was important to Sound By Design, but I fear that is just lip service. In the end I went two stars since their lack of answer made a potentially difficult choice that much easier.

We hired Sound By Design for a photobooth and specialty lighting at our wedding. The photobooth is…read moreincredible, amazing lighting and high quality images that look professional. The photos can be texted to your phone and there is a viewable online gallery that can be accessed by anyone with the link and you can see every photo saved. I love that I am able to look back on all of our guests photos! My only complaint were the props provided but I was told it was a coincidence. We specifically told our planner we loved Michael Jordan and that Space Jam is our favorite movie but ended up having props from the new Space Jam and a bunch of Lebron props. We are not Lebron fans so we quickly got rid of those when we noticed. No biggie though. I docked a star because we had paid for specialty lighting after the dinner and we had to track down the coordinator for this because they didn't switch the lights over. The lights were supposed to be multicolored throughout the venue and change to the beat of the music but they didn't start this until a while after dancing had started. We had to actively search for the vendor coordinator to figure out what was going on. We thought the stage lighting was supposed to change too but they kept those lights normal and bright and then eventually changed the rest of the venue's lighting. Overall, I definitely recommend the photobooth but if you have specific props you want, maybe coordinate that better with the vendor. If you choose to hire them for lighting as well, establish a timeline and plan for it so you get the most of what you are paying for without any hiccups.
