Today is Sunday, November 11th. I went there about 2:00. Walked in and there were about five people in the shop and one employee. About four more people walked in while I was waiting. I felt bad for the employee because he was really trying to help people. The one time I was actually able to talk to someone there, was about 1:00 on a weekday. So it was very slow. The guy was really helpful and I was happy. But the next two times, I just didn't have time to stand around. Which is a shame because they seemed to have a pretty good selection.

Well staffed on my visits, but there is a limit on customers in the store and masks during the pandemic, which is common sense right now. Staff is not only nice, but helpful and the ones I have interacted with knew what they were talking about. "Hint hint, nudge nudge. Puffco…read moredid not respond in their own window of service, and Excitement offered to replace the product and even verified that it was working/charging so I just dropped it off and headed on my way. I am upgrading this to a 4 star review. I am taking a star off only because they need a better agreement with Puffco. I understand that the restrictions were caused by Puffco policies and they may be protecting themselves against bad actors, but when you end up with honest people paying in time and frustration that's not a real solution either. Backround: I was sold a Puffco that had a defective vaporizer - it wouldn't charge. I promptly brought it back the next day - item had never been used. Was told that the policy for the product was everything had to be done by the manufacturer. No offer to make it right - and simply exchange the item. Basic inspection would have shown that this had never been used. Plenty of excuses were given - but no actual customer service or responsibility taken - it was all someone else's fault. The point of using brick and mortar is for convenience and making returns easier. The product would not charge. This was demonstrable in less than a minute, but I apparently had to send a video to the manufacturer for them to pay attention and I still haven't heard back from them.
