He then started showing me some other boxes and I ended up spending $2100. When I got home I noticed on the receipt that the box was $365 and the 5 4packs was $410. He never said anything about the sleeves being more expensive, and so when I discovered it after getting home I called and another person answered and was ready to make the adjustment, but the ex-owner took the phone and told me it was clear I could afford it and if I don't like it then return the sleeves. Belligerent and indignant customer service. You have been warned. He claims to be the largest Davidoff dealer on the east coast, which I know for a fact is not true. He has never won a Gold Band, and in fact did not even know what the Davidoff Gold Band award was. He may not know about the Gold Band, but Davidoff will know about him and his service.
