I requested a quote to have it fixed. They said there has been a change of ownership at the company and they don't have any records of my original order. I sent them the info I had. It took months to get a simple quote back and then they told me the sign is too old to fix. They said they could re-do the lettering. So I said that's fine. How much would it be just the lettering? Again, no response for weeks. I have emailed and called with no response. They must have caller ID because now they just hang up when i call. Needless to say, the company has become extremely unprofessional and obviously it is not the same company I dealt with before. The one guy who I spoke to on the phone said I needed to talk to the boss who was out visiting a client. I still haven't heard back. Now I need to find another company to fix their installation. Probably if you're a big company they will prioritize your business but if you're a repeat customer or small order, do not expect to be treated professionally. A shame really.
