She also takes super small details into account that make a big difference, such as where intentionally creating contrast/differences in certain areas on purpose instead of one consistent/clean edge actually makes it look more flattering on the person, which strands of baby hairs to let out and whether they should be straight or wavy or curled, and what is more flattering for the person's face shape and facial features since it varies from person to person.
