They also do not answer phone calls and their intake coordinator does not communicate with any of their therapists. She works part-time so communication with any of the staff is nearly impossible. I have struggled with significant difficulties with my child and they express very little empathy, an unwillingness to offer assistance, and an extremely inefficient process. If you care about your child's well-being, I suggest you look elsewhere for services.
