I hired him to make some updates, changes, and problems I was having with my website. I gave him and his team many chances, but again and again, they make HUGE MISTAKES. They are extremely careless, they do programming half way, they are not capable to finish a simple task.Then I have to go back to them, let them know they made a mistake, then they take their sweet little time to fix their mistake. Then they give you excuses after excuses, never take blame. In the meantime I have a e-commerce business, I get wholesale orders daily, this affects my business responsibility to my customers. The 3 previous reviewers much been friends of his, because if his company was truly 5 star there would be more reviews. In his company profile he states : "We have developed more than a 100 websites." Kind of strange out of the more than 100 websites, there are only 3 reviews!! Thats a huge LIE. I have heard lies after lies, that they have a huge professional team in india all B.S. I should of done my research. In addition he is so unprofessional, he has the need to keep mentioning to me that my small company is nothing, he is working on multi- million dollar website. OK BUDDY!! In total, I had 4 different of my staff members complain about him and then I had to deal with him and it was nothing but unpleasant. He took forever to get me the paperwork needed to set him up as a vendor so I could pay him for repair work and while he still wasn't getting me the paperwork he would literally call every single day to ask for payment. He finally got me the paperwork after 2 weeks of me trying and then I paid him. Then he was to install license plate cameras and due to him installing the cameras at another property I had to wait a month for install. The day he installed them he didn't tell me and then was immediately calling that next day for payment! I told him I didn't even know the work was done AND he hadn't even sent me an invoice! So he did that day and before I could even get it to my accountant he was calling again for payment. He called everyday for it! Normally companies pay on a 30 day turn over time but he is DESPERATE for money (and it was only $1000 so to me that says he is really struggling for business if he so badly needs that money). I checked video footage of the cameras and these awesome cameras didn't show anything, it was pitch black and didn't pick up an license plate image. So I only paid half b/c they didn't work. He got pushy and aggressive saying the cameras were in so he needed payment, but I said I couldn't pay until the cameras actually worked. Thus began more unpleasant conversations and arguments about getting the work done. End of the day, cameras aren't showing footage the way they need to and he won't come adjust them like he said he would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company for the simple fact that it is terrible customer service and terrible attitude....and they seem quite desperate for money so I'm thinking they won't be around for very long.

I did reach out to the CEO to let him know this, and there was no response, and my order was canceled with a "sorry we could not help you" message from my account manager. I had been price checking this item and was mad to find other websites requiring the customer to go through the rigamarole of emailing for a quote -- PrintGlobe thankfully didn't do this. It had templates on the site for submitting items you design yourself. These were easy to follow. And after I ordered, I was sent a proof to approve. I work in a billing department and inherited the job of locating a company that could print off our invoices with specified requests and requirements and expedite within a 3 day period at an affordable price. My Boss and I made an appointment to meet with a gentleman from PrintMailPro because it was a local business and not too far from the office. We got a tour of the office space and learned how everything works. The gentleman that worked with us was very patient and attentive to our questions. We negotiated a contract and as promised, the contract was emailed to us within a day. We had certain requirements that were promised to be met with (expedited shipping, split invoices by how many pages per customer and use different envelopes) and they were.We were made aware of their limitations and as a team, we worked out a process. I ended up having to work with a few different account managers within a short period of time which made me hope this wasn't going to be an ongoing trend. I like developing a relationship with someone and continuing that, knowing each others expectations and requirements. I never knew of the account management change until I sent my monthly notification e-mail. That would be the only thing that I would say needs improvement. Better communication with your client's that interact with a company representative when there are organizational changes. The initial set up was smooth in the beginning and is ongoing. I have worked with my account manager now for nearly a year and have no complaints. He has been very responsive, a good representation for the business. I do not know in terms of competitive pricing, where PrintMailPro is- but to me it does not matter. They work with our needs, and have never fallen short in regards to their service commitment to us. That alone, helps us bring in revenue for our business and is worth every cent.
