Some of the items could have been performed by internal staff, but it's not worth the cost, stress, headache, and risk of using consumer grade equipment while trying to put your best foot forward in a public setting. The staff at Sights and Sounds are always well acquainted with many local event hosting facilities. This helps with the ease of coordinating the event, and the setting up\breaking down the equipment.
