We had a discussion where I asked him to please just listen as I was very frustrated with other doctors. He was silent the whole time I spoke and related things, listening intently. He informed me that he did a deep dive into my records so he knew exactly what was going on. He has helped me with different conservative treatments for my knee primarily left over the past 3 to 4 years because I wanted to put off knee surgery. I'm seeing a surgeon tomorrow but I have an injection of hyaluronic acid on Wednesday to keep me comfortable until I'm able to have surgery or maybe if it works really well, I won't need to have surgery. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a Doctor that is compassionate, willing to go over all test results and who is very willing to listen he is the Doctor.

He was (and still is) a good doctor, but years later, before moving to the Clark Office, my current primary care physician is: Dr. Kusiak, and I always enjoy have her, ever since, yet, she more than just a physician, but she also dedicates herself to humor and devotion with me, as she hears so much about my own family, who always looks after my health. When she's either busy (with other patients), out of town or has prior commitments, I usually go see Dr. Dyksterhouse (as of early this year) and he too is a very humourous physician, but is the opposite of Kusiak. I've been not only a big asset to these physicians, whom I see them, as my family, they are now my friends, as I'm part of the Trinity Health group.

He is very knowledgeable and up to date on treatment of Rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. I was quite ill when I was referred to Dr. Vallance by my primary care physician. Within the first visit, he knew what was wrong with me and began treatment. He is very caring man who gives you all the time you need. He has that "we are a team " approach to treatment and not only is very knowledgeable in medication but has a great way of suggesting integrated approaches. Dr. Fatima spends her time with you, is kind, and is an impressive physician. I have been there for an initial appointment and two follow-ups and appreciate her clarity in her treatments. She is also very considerate when it comes to prices, and does a great job of trying to work with you to keep the costs down on prescriptions. Overall, their office does an excellent job from the moment you arrive to check-out. I have loved all the care I've received even during the pre-appointment questions. This is building 10 of 10 (U of M medical buildings line the entire ring around Briarwood mall -…read moreluckily they are all clearly labeled). Overall the atmosphere of the whole clinic/center is relaxed and laid back. There's a television in the waiting room and everything feels clean and up to date. I did not receive any physician care here but I did take advantage of the walk-in lab to get blood drawn. And when I say "drawn blood" I mean TWELVE vials (my new doc is apparently extremely thorough). The woman working at the lab was awesome. She was a little snarky but in a completely accessible warm, joking way. She was meticulous with checking and double-checking all the labs that were ordered. I warned her about my veins being crap (at most places, they stab into my arm and then "dig around" continually moving the needle under my skin and stabbing every which way until they finally get a vein - I don't mind needles or pain but it's sickening). This lady, on the other hand, felt both my veins and was careful to choose a small needle. She stuck me once, precisely, right into my vein, and got a good draw. THANK YOU, LORD. Next time I need vampirical services, I won't hesitate to return.
