I am absolutely impressed! I went in with a very painful lower back which she helped alleviate a great deal, very relaxing and got rid of my stress. Also it was a comfortable and very clean facility. I must mention that one thing I was very surprised by was that she noticed that I have trigger finger, also called "stenosing tenosynovitis", and although my case in my left hand is mild and involves two fingers it is very painful to touch and I cannot stretch out my hand and make it flat. She worked on that hand and though it was somewhat painful at times she was able to reduce the inflammation and flatten the constricted tendons. I have had this condition for over 10 years and this is the first time I have felt relief from this pain. I will be going back regularly and I sincerely recommend them!! Very good place!! Nui and I are both local massage therapists, we've been to each other's offices, and experienced each other's work. Today I tried her thai and deep-tissue combo 90-minute session, and it was absolutely phenomenal. Amazing. Not enough good words to say. She is truly gifted at what she does. Her work is very brisk. She's attentive to the concerns I had, and wisely worked on an area, then gave it a rest, and came back to it later. A lot of her work is dry, meaning no cream or oil. Lots of compressions through the sheet. She's not afraid to climb up on the table if she can get a better angle, or pressure. The office smelled amazing! She offered me warm towel at the end, that had some essential oil on it. Warning, this type of work from Nui, is not for the faint-hearted. I like deep work, but at times I found myself gasping. Whimpering. But when I directed her to dial down the pressure, she obliged. She has a wide menu of services, but if you're a deep tissue hound like I am, this is a great option. Nui, THANK YOU. This was my first Thai massage, so I didn't quite know what to expect, but I was pretty blown away! She massages muscles and areas that have never been hit by any other masseuse (I get a lot of deep tissue and Swedish massages normally), and the stretching towards the end of the massage was soooo nice and needed! I feel great now. My only tiny complaint is that it was a little bit chilly in the room, but obviously that's easily rectified. The massage was wonderful! read more
