Recently, I brought in a big order worth nearly $400, which included an expensive cashmere shirt that cost me over a couple hundred dollars. When I went to pick everything up, the shirt was missing. I flagged it right away, but they claimed it never came into the system and wasn't on the camera footage--so that was that. They offered nothing to make it right. No credit, no apology, no effort to find a resolution--just a cold "tough luck." The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and essentially accused me of never bringing it in. I've never been treated like this before, especially as a long-term customer. Yes, mistakes happen. But how a business handles those mistakes says everything. Sadly, Carrousel Cleaners showed me they don't value their customers or take accountability. I won't be going back.

I have taken two articles of clothing in for repairs recently here and have been very impressed by her work. The first was a pair of Lululemon shorts that I had been quoted $12 elsewhere for a new button and clasp. Yet another shop told me they couldn't do it at all. May quoted me $3-$4 and with a turnaround of a few days, which was perfect for my needs. The work looked great upon pickup! My second article was a button up-shirt that had a similar issue. Again, the work looks great and the price was excellent. Parking is strictly metered in the area, though there are some parking garages in the vicinity as well. A number of buses go by here, and it's only a block or two from Cartem's if that tickles your fancy! I would consider this place to be a hidden gem. The ladies that work here are nice to work with, have a very reasonable turn around and most importantly do excellent work. Highly recommended!

I have an expensive black down coat that I had dry-cleaned in the past with another cleaner company and the black never looked the same (duller). I was shocked the black is back after dry-cleaning with West Blvd Cleaners, not dull at all! I also had 2 more coats and they came back looking brand new. I do love the notes they put on the receipt e.g. "belt - stains when received will do our best." I made me remember that belt was exposed to the elements after opening the car door, I realized my belt was hanging outside for the ride in the rain (doh!) Stain is now gone. But we needed to wait for three or four days just to dry clean one item, for which she said, "I'm so sorry" but I think she was not truly sorry because when we said, "Have a good day" to her, she said, "Uh-ha" while looking at the floor. No employee would respond to a customer that way; she is just too arrogant. Also, she asked us for our surname to write it on the receipt. Then she asked us if we were in the system and she had our name wrong in the system. Her careless attitude made me hesitate to return.
