The HOA hired Jeremy and his crew to trim broken branches, clear driveways and common areas, and clean up and haul away all the debris. They did that in approximately a week-and-a-half. Our community looked so good, while neighborhoods around us have only just now -- 6 weeks later -- been cleaned up by the City. And those neighbors had to do their own tree trimming and hauling of debris. Our HOA and community couldn't be happier! So if their roofing expertise is even half as good as the work they did with tree trimming and such, you shouldn't be disappointed.

We found a weak spot where another massive branch could have caused serious damage. Ray was incredibly professional, using a lift to safely access and remove the problem areas. The process was smooth, and his crew left no trace of debris behind. He did an excellent job with the tree cutting. We're so grateful he fit us in on short notice at a fair price. Highly recommend! PS - while he was working on the tree, Ray identified a hole in our roof that isn't perceivable from the ground and immediately sent me multiple photos/videos. Then a few years later we needed to do the same and I shopped 3 services. Ray Jr. was one of those 3, and I just had a good feeling about him after walking my property with him, price was agreeable, and they later did a dynamite job while I was at work. My wife filled me in, and Ray followed up to make sure I was pleased. In 2014 we had a major sycamore branch land on the house. I got tree removal permits for that front-yard tree and another in the back and called Ray. He took care of those two 30+" trees while I was at work. Again it was a great job complete with stumping and a follow up to make sure I was pleased. This year, 2021, we needed 4 sycamores removed due to a large fallen branch and evidence of eminent failure (see 2014 above). I got the permits from the City, then went to the play book and called Ray. He and his team were here this past week to take the 4 sycamores out while I happened to be off and at home for the week. My jaw absolutely dropped when I saw with my own eyes how hard Ray and his team worked! I'm a hard worker, but after what I saw this week I need to re-evaluate my commitment to everything I do in life; apparently I am able to dig deeper! Same familiar ending, the yard looked great (better than when they arrived in some spots), and Ray wanted to make sure I was happy. Best money I've ever paid!

We had a tree trimming project that required tall ladders and tree climbing. Marco is very good about communicating via phone/text and responded in a timely fashion to my text questions. He also confirmed the appointment ahead of time. He was willing to drive 1.5 hours to work on my project. Marco and his crew used safety harness/fall retractor when working on high limbs. He is very mindful of the safety of his crew. The wind was too high to safely cut the high limbs the first day so they worked on lower limbs and came back the next day for the high limbs. Marco and his crew came back until the job was done to our satisfaction. He confirmed which limbs were getting cut to make sure he was cutting the ones we wanted. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves, trash/limbs/branches were all removed and hauled off. They were respectful of the property. I will hire Marco again for future tree trimming needs. He gave me a recommendation for a roofer and I plan on hiring them based on Marco's recommendation.

Pedro and a crew member were very knowledgeable and explained the cuts they would make that would benefit the tree and what cuts they would avoid that would weaken the trees. The crew shaped the trees, sprayed all the cuts, cleaned up, and hauled everything away. Pedro Navichoc's rate was very reasonable and fair. Compared to other estimates I have received in the past, he has by far the best rates. I don't write many reviews, but Pedro and his crew went above and beyond. I highly recommend his business. He will not disappoint.
