However he just vanished and stopped responding to all my texts and emails. I hope everything is ok and it is sad if they actually did go out of business, but the way greg handled this was cowardly and highly unprofessional. I am very disappointed and feel that he took advantage of us.

On top of that, they expected us to drive back to the original location for the missing materials, even though our job site was over an hour away. We politely asked if we could pick up the materials at a different location closer to the project, but they refused and offered absolutely no compromise or assistance. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service overall. As contractors, we rely on suppliers to be dependable and willing to work with customers when issues happen.
