Emily and Maddie have both been very helpful and patient with my physical issue. They have never kept me waiting, they are both very cheerful and glad to see me. Emily has really helped me with my neck issue and I am grateful to her. Your organization has two great therapists in Emily and Maddie. The receptionists always remember your name. I came in to do an evaluation. The therapist I had was Andres. He was very rude from the minute I…read moregot there. He questioned everything I did. Why wasn't I putting effort in? I explained why, he just rolled his eyes. I asked how much weight was the box that I was lifting before weights. He said "Don't worry about it". During my evaluation, clients were coming in (all white), He spoke to all of them said goodbye to all of them very nicely, then continue to still be rude to me. The evaluation was supposed to take 4 hours. He did my evaluation in 2 hours. At the end of my evaluation he told me when I get home ( I'm thinking he's going to tell me to ice or put heat on whatever that is hurting me) that I should really think if I put in my full effort into my evaluation. Tell me he's been doing this for over forty years, so he knows what he's talking about. I couldn't believe how rude he was to me. Then it was the coldest day we had, below 0 outside. So after I was done, I started my car from my remote starter and sat in the lobby. He comes out to the lobby and says to me "Are you waiting for a ride or something?" VERY RUDELY! I said no, "I'm warming up my car." He was like, "oh okay, I was wondering why you're still here." I feel that I was discriminated on so many levels, because one, of my race. Healthy Expectations offers a variety of PT modalities: women's health, orthopedic, pelvic floor as well as vestibular/balance rehabilitation. They effectively treat GYN pain, urinary incontinence, as well as any orthopedic problem with joints, spine or muscular weakness. Women who have issues related to pregnancy can benefit from their knowledge and abilities. New Indiana law allows any of us direct access to these professionals for 24 days without a physician's referral. Near the end of that time and therapy is incomplete, the therapist will contact the doctor with the appropriate information to get the order for continued care Healthy Expectations' office is located near Parkview Regional Medical Center with easy access directly from the parking lot. They continue to help me progress and I know if you follow their instructions, you will heal quickly and feel much better.
