I took the day off work to make sure I made it to my appointment in time, to my surprise, when I arrived, I was told by the receptionist that someone had called me sometime in June to inform me that doctor Heartfield wouldn't be available the day of my appointment. That was a total and lame lie!!! No one called me. As a matter of fact, I called the Thursday before to confirm my appointment for July 15 and I was told that I was set for my appointment. Needless to mention how upset I was!!!!! Will never return to this doctor office again because obviously they didn't care that I had to miss work for a doctor appointment that never took place!!!!

Not only is he an amazing surgeon, he is so caring and so kind and explains things to you clear and concise and you leave his appointments feeling confident and well informed. His bedside manner was an A+ in my book. His staff is also very nice and the wait times are minimal. I honestly thought that he had retired. When I called his office to make an appointment(sometime last week), one of their office staff gave me an afternoon appointment--right away. At 1pm. When I used to see him for severe headaches that I had back in 2010-2012, he recommended me couple of medications--which worked. Massage and physical therapy. I followed his orders and with time, I started feeling much, much better! He also gave me couple of referrals to see other specialists. Going back to my recent visit, my issue was having tingles in my fingers and toes.He examined them and told me not to worry about it, it's stress related and for me to take it easy and get more rest and exercise. Even though it hurts and makes me feel uncomfortable. Dr. Buxton and his staff are super great, pleasant, helpful and very professional. If you encounter any one of those problems, don't hesitate to reach out to this wonderful, caring, supportive office. Place is clean, and so are the restrooms. Parking is available, but I found parking on the street. They accept insurance, and most major credit cards...If I could give him 20 stars, I would. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!! You get his undivided attention and his response time through the My Chart app is outstanding. I am a high maintenance patient but I never feel like I'm annoying him or taking up too much of his time. He has given me many excellent referrals too. The entire experience from front desk to the back desk there is nothing short of extraordinary. I have a lot of specialists now that I'm older and the other doctors within the practice are all outstanding. He has set the bar so high that it's almost a miracle when I find a doctor that comes close to the care I received from Dr. Buxton. He is a doctor's doctor!

I normally get it for my menorrhagia which affects me physically & mentally. I have anxiety & depression so when it comes monthly it's even worse for me. Dr. Martin T Sechrist literally tells me to get on birth control to control it, I tell him it doesn't help. I've done pills, patches & the nuva ring. I've had this problem since I was 13! I know it doesn't help! I don't even want to get on birth control. HE WOULDN'T ACCEPT NO, Instead he continues to say I haven't tried the right one. I've never felt so pressured in my life by any doctor to do something I don't want to do, I tell him he's making me emotional. I start feeling stressed, frustrated, ignored, literally everything! I begin to cry because he's not listening to me & continues to pressure me into seeing my obgyn to try all sorts of birth controls because apparently I haven't had the right one. Why isn't he listening to me!?! He then tells me he can't help me since I don't want birth control! He walks out with my paperwork. A girl comes in a bit after & gives me a follow up appointment.....for what!? I tell her he has my paperwork, I want my paperwork back. He comes back in, gives me my paperwork & says he didn't mean to make me emotional. If you didn't, then you wouldn't have been repeating over & over I need birth control. Instead you ignore your patient! I begin walking out saying that's a lie, you're trying to force me to go on birth control when I keep saying I don't want it. As I'm walking out saying he's a liar, HE LAUGHS!!! YUP HE LAUGHS!!! AS IF EVERYTHING THAT JUST HAPPENED WAS A DAMN JOKE TO HIM! I know for sure next few days this is going to be bothering me, I've been crying in my car since I left! I don't feel safe going back here for myself or for my child!

They gave me paperwork to go have my bloodwork done at Unilab, which is now Quest. There's a large group of interns at this practice that work under Dr. Seachrist and Dr. Schneider. The intern that gave me my paperwork apparently coded the bloodwork to be done with the wrong codes. It was billed as routine. Medicare denied the claim as did my secondary insurance. Early February 2024 I received a bill for close to $500 from the lab for my bloodwork. I called the Quest billing department, they stated that it was coded wrong and that was the reason Medicare denied my claim. The lab billing department gave me 45 days to clear it up with the doctors office. I took my paperwork (medicare billing summary and a copy of the lab bill) in to the doctors office had the front office staff person make copies, told them what the issue was, and asked them if they would help to take care of/resubmit with proper codes, etc. I left my phone number and all my information. This was the end of February 2024. I have heard nothing.. so I called two weeks later. No one was available to take my call and my wait time was going to be 79 minutes. I left another message. No return call. I decided to write a letter, directly to Dr. Sechrist...maybe that would get better attention and get the ball rolling in the right direction. No response, no phone call, nothing. I don't have that kind of money. I've never had my bloodwork denied by my insurance before. I never received my results from the doctors office. They told me if I heard from them there was an issue, and if I didn't hear anything that was good news. This is not a good way to run a medical practice. I do not recommend this medical group.

But, Inspiring Health has other health evaluation methods like, your Horoscope and bioelectronic evaluation, which are both specious in the research, certainly Horoscopes aren't worthy of a health practitioner's reputation. I've used Mr. Hopson for over 4 years now, and have been mostly satisfied with his service, however I've also trusted him with some very disconcerting threats to my safety from others, which he considers part of my "mental health profile." That's enough for me to fire him as my practitioner, which I informed him of this morning, that these "instances" have happened and have been happening, that as I reminded him, it shouldn't concern him, and that I've had no one else to confide in, but that I intend to never contact him again.
