The broccoli and carrot were cooked perfectly with crispy caramelized edges and the artichoke puree was delicious. I wouldn't really recommend this dish for anyone skeptical about vegetarian/vegan food, but it's great if you love vegetables, and there are other dishes on the menu that will appeal to those who want something more substantial. I initially didn't plan on dessert but was glad I decided to get something because the snickers bar was delightful. I also had a beetroot lemonade that I enjoyed.
