I cried when the pediatrician's office told me that I needed to start supplementing with formula. I had an appointment yesterday and they helped me so much! As it turns out, the way I was feeding my child wasn't as comfortable as it could have been. They showed me a much better way than the nurse at the hospital originally showed me. She has a much better latch and stays on better. There are so many things that affect milk production! It's crazy! We zeroed in on what my issue was and they prescribed me something that should help. There are also all kinds of herbs and supplements you can take. They figure out what's best for you. You meet with a lactation consultant and a physician. Just be aware that if you have a copay, you'll have to pay twice. One for you and one for baby. You're both patients. Wear something comfortable. You're going to be breastfeeding there! You can bring a support person too which is nice. I brought my husband. Parking is free. You can valet though if you'd like. I'm not sure of the cost. If you park in the back lot, go through the main entrance in back. They can tell you at the desk where to go from there. The clinic is in the lower level of Professional Building I. All the tips and tricks they told me definitely made the visit worth it. I go back for a follow up appointment next week. I wish I could remember the consultants name that helped us. If I find out, I'll edit this and add her name. I cannot praise her enough. She was so well informed and not judgmental in the least bit.

I was introduced to Amanda Larkin O'Gorman when I was 6 1/2 months pregnant with my first child…read more She was referred by a co-worker of mine and though I wasn't overly familiar with the role of a Doula, even minimal research was enough for me to want to meet with Amanda to learn more about the type of support she could provide me during labor. From the beginning I felt that Amanda was a very considerate, capable, patient, and experienced individual and Mom. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I quickly saw the benefit of having Amanda with me for emotional support during the birth of my daughter. Not only did I feel confident that she would support me, but also be a source of support for my husband as well. I was in labor for 27 hours, Amanda and I kept in contact through the induction process and agreed when it was appropriate for her to be physically present at the hospital. Amanda was with me approximately 12 hours: 10 hours of labor, 1 hour of pushing and 1 hour of support after birth. During this time, she was supportive in every way I needed: mentally, emotionally, and physically she was there. She helped me stay mentally focused, verbally supported me, and held my hand when I needed it. Child birth was one of the hardest things I have had to endure, however, it would have been much more difficult had Amanda not been there. After labor, Amanda was available for questions per the terms of her contract and as a Certified Lactation Consultant, she made additional services available to help with the nursing process. Throughout this entire professional relationship, she has provided me with a variety of education resources materials that were very helpful. I am extremely grateful for having the opportunity to work with Amanda Larkin O'Gorman and feel that she is an amazing Doula who will continue to provide amazing, invaluable support to every Mother, Father and newborns she works with.

The…read moreladies at the front desk were very kind and welcoming and I knew right away that this was where I wanted to get my PT. From my first visit to the last, I received excellent care. It wasn't always easy, but after completion, I was very happy with the outcome. I now have my home exercises that they gave me and with continued shoulder workouts, I am able to maintain and strengthen the shoulder, arm and neck. If I would need any type of physical therapy in the future, I would definitely come back because all of the therapists are top notch, friendly and of course knowledgeable and professional. I came in 11 days ago. They had been working my plantar fasciitis and I told them I had been…read morepain-free for four days so I probably didn't need any physical therapy. Instead, she said as long as you're here let's do some different stretching. She tied a band around my good leg, my good foot, held it tight and told me to turn my ankle without turning my leg, I told her it was hurting all the way up to my thigh. She said that's OK. You're using muscles. You haven't used before. She continued to do this regardless of me telling her it was uncomfortable and I was getting a Charlie horse in my upper thigh. We did this for one minute One Direction one minute the other direction pulling against that band that she was holding tight. When I left and went to get in my car, my knee was bothering me to step up into my car by that afternoon. My knee was aching and by that night, I could hardly walk. I have an appointment this morning with the orthopedic surgeon as it has kept me awake at night and I can't walk my dog. She's done something to my good knee that didn't have a thing wrong with it before I came in would never recommend this place!

I have severe health anxiety and felt extremely comfortable in Tracy's care. When I came to this office, I was already annoyed by the 20-30 min wait times before you're even called into a room. The office staff is never accountable or apologetic for anything. If anything, Rose and Gabby go out of their way to be petty. If there is an issue at the office they will never speak to you, they make other people call you back. Rose did a PA for a medication once, under my maiden name, after already giving them my new married name and new drivers license. I went round and round with the pharmacy and the office until I requested to see the PA approval form. Had Rose taken two seconds to speak to me about it, she would've realized her error. Instead she was rude to me via email correspondence, and made it seem like I was the reason for all of the confusion. Don't even get me started on the amount of times I have had my prescriptions sent to the incorrect pharmacy and 30 day refills after requesting 90 day refills for non-narcotic meds. I have lapsed in my medications that cannot be stopped abruptly 3 times because of their inefficiencies. When I spoke to the office mang., Brandy, regarding my frustration's of the office, her response was wild. She said and I quote "yah F*&k my life, I gave two many employees time off with checking to see who was off first". I myself work in a medical office and am appalled that the office mang speaks to patients in this way. Even after all of this, I stayed because Tracy is a WONDERFUL practitioner who actually listens to you. Well, today was the final straw. After being scheduled for med refill and bloodwork appt, I showed up for my appt, only to be told that HE'LL be in shortly. When I asked who "he" was, I was told Dr Patterson will be in to explain everything. I have historically only seen Tracy the NP, and had never even met Dr Patterson. Brandie the office mang never once said anything to me that my provider had changed, let alone that Tracy was no longer even a part of the practice. After waiting until 9:20am for my 8:40 appt, I walked out. I asked for a records release to sign as I was leaving and could hear the back office talking about me. How I just "walked out". Now that Tracy is gone, I will never return to this office. Dr Patterson is transitioning to concierge medicine and will now be requiring an annual fee for tiered patient care. I already pay my copays, deductibles, and coinsurances. I would never pay an annual fee for a Doctor who doesn't give a shit about how shitty his office runs or how they treat their patients.
