I asked if the kid would be around the dogs and if he thought that behavior was strange. The guy did not respond to me but kept shuffling through papers and asked my name. I told him and he left to the back of the store. I took my dogs and left. I can't speak to the quality of the grooming but I will never leave my pets at this place.

My Koal is everyone's friend--an overly energetic crazy, bouncy head who can be annoyingly noisy in a kennel (my fault, he's completely spoiled). His haircuts always look great, and they have no issue communicating when he's being difficult. Due to an accident, he hates his feet messed with. They cleverly figured out that he stops throwing tantrums when cradled securely in a hammock for his paw pad trim and nails. Glad they are dedicated to keeping him safe, and calm while showing his Mr. Hyde side. Truly invaluable. Highly recommend!
