I wanted an appointment when he could be groomed and then picked up. I had this in Ohio. I've been to a few places and none of them really got him right. I saw Nose to Toes was a mobile groomer and thought, hey, I'll pay a little more for one-on-one grooming service and she's came to me! I have a new baby so getting out is a challenge at times. She texted me and let me know she was running early! Not late but early and could she come sooner. Umm yes please! She came to my house and my pup loved her instantly. He was so excited. She took him to her truck and got started. She was finished relatively fast and my boy looks amazing! This is the best cut he's had....ever! His little tie is so cute! He also was still happy when she was done. The other places, he was skittish and scared after. He was the same pup! Price was higher but I attribute that to she came to me and he got private time and not put in a kennel to wait his turn. She's also a pet bakery and gave my boy a cute Easter cookie that he loved! If you live in the area and need a groomer, call them! She's awesome.

I took in my cat in due for possible UTI. Blood was completed to find out that my cat had a thyroid…read moreissue. The office called and left messages stating that results showed liver enzymes up, but never mentioned a thyroid issue. We completed the first round of antibiotics as instructed but UTI came back. Took my cat back in and then they pushed to keep my cat for 2 days to give fluids and antibiotics. I was hesitant and expressed this. The vet didn't want to hear it and pushed for my cat to stay. After he 2 days I picked up my cat and was sent home more antibiotics and thyroid meds. Started them the following day as instructed. The next day my cat started sneezing and acting weird. By the next day my cat couldn't breathe well and was grasping to breathe. My cat stopped eating and and barely drinking water. I rushed my cat back in for fear of an allergic reaction. The vet agreed and gave anti histamine shot and another shot of antibiotics. The following morning cat still was not eating, drinking much, and still having trouble breathing.. My cat then at this point lost control of function restroom wise. At this point my cat had not eaten in 72 hrs with countless times and routes to get food and water into my cats system.. that I had no choice but to take my cat in and put the cat down. I am writing this to warn pet owners. This place is more about making money than truly caring for the pets. They board dogs outside in 100 degree heat. Please... for your pet, your wallet, and true care.... avoid this place. I will never use them again. They killed my cat. And I don't want any owner to ever go through this.

I made a prior appointment and got in the next day. Upon going arriving I was asked the usual questions, kind of service needed, dogs name and my phone number. I provided all of this and then I was asked for an emergency contact number. Yes, this is standard in health care but i have never been asked that at any groomers or vet and I have been using both for over 30 years. I explained that I do not have an emergency contact number as both of my parents just died, my wife divorced me and I have nobody thst I would trust with my pets. I tried to explain that I do not have an emergency contact and instead of overlooking this, she made it into a big confrontational issue, telling me shes been doing this for 20 years and never had a problem and asked me why I didn't have any friends or family. This was very humiliating and embarrassing as I could not provide the answer to her question..an alternate number. I get why they may need it for emergency purposes but each persons situation is different and they shouldn't feel humiliated at the pet spa over a stupid alternate number. This person was very rude to me and unprofessional in my opinion and I will never go back there again. I went down the street to a new groomer who was much cheaper, much more friendly and didn't as me for another number or humiliate me. $65 ar this place - $45 at other local places on the square. This place is really proud for professionalism at its lowest.
