We ordered the side walls because of rain and wind forecast (it poured!) and we were very happy as they all had arched clear windows with panes. The 10 round tables and 84 padded chairs were also in great shape and did not sink into the ground. The communication was spot on, he responded to every question and add-on, the porta potty was clean. The kiddos AND adults were smiling and laughing the entire time. First, he is so kind and is a total natural with the kids and making everyone enjoy themselves. Well worth the very affordable price. When I inquired and then booked, he responded immediately. Second, he didn't rush, definitely stayed way longer than he had to. He made sure each kiddo had some attention and help learning some magic tricks (how wonderful he even teaches the kiddos a trick or two). Balloon making is also my favorite. He made my birthday boy feel so loved throughout the entire party. He's also an educator...threw in some nice manners for the kids. Incredibly patient. And some fun jokes that especially made the adults laugh at. Truly a show for everyone! Above all else, he's great for ALL kids. One of my sons has autism, and Rich noticed my son was a little distant and quiet (the noise and crowd size was a little much for him to enjoy). The equipment is easy to use and taped off with instructions and they have an on call phone number in the event of an issue on that occurs over the weekend when they are closed. I picked up my rentals on Friday and had them until Monday and the price was so reasonable! We saved a TON of money by not having a DJ and this was such a good solution. The entire process was very smooth and Krusty was great to work with. You get an equipment demonstration during pickup. We have no issues and everything looked and sounded great! I highly recommend!

They turned around a quote quickly with a detailed equipment list, which helped me get approval from the wedding party for the quote and the set up. Gear was prepped on time for pickup at the shop (go walk around the shop, it's a cool place!) and Andy helpfully labelled the gear and gave me a quick walk-through to be sure we had everything. The equipment and cases made set-up and tear-down fast, efficient, kept wear and tear to minimum. The ceremony set up was a real positive for being outside on a windy day - no problem hearing every word in the back row. Wish I had another stage or music event planned, I'd work with this crew again before going anywhere else.

They made clean up at the end of the evening a breeze, helping us to pack up all the decorations and everything we brought in. The Bartender was on the ball.
