Vietnamese shop with some indoor seating, right by the footbridge at Lakes Entrance. We parked in front of the shop, walked across the street and across the bridge, and spent a lovely morning at the beach. Then we came back and purchased bahn mi, sushi rolls, and iced coffee for lunch before continuing on our trip. Such a perfect plan. The food was surprisingly good! We got one each of crispy pork belly and crispy chicken bahn mi. The deep fried proteins were warm and crispy, the bread roll was soft, and there was the slight tanginess of the pickled radish and carrot as well as the sauce. The sushi rolls were very fresh as well. My only minor complaint was that the ice coffee tasted a little like mocha when it's not supposed to be chocolaty at all, but nonetheless it really hit the spot. They also sold milk tea and pho, which we didn't try, among other things. We were all very satisfied after lunch! read more
