    Mango Graham
    Alejandra D.

I curiously approached to look at the menu and their ice cream offerings in the glass. No other customers at the time, just us. There seemed to be one lady working at the time but I didn't get a welcoming feeling as there was no greeting or acknowledgment from her. She saw us but didn't talk to us until I asked a question about the menu. I debated whether we should just walk away since it felt like our business wasn't needed. Alas, we settled on the mango graham b/c the picture looked good. Never had it before. But it looked nothing like the picture that was advertised on their menu, so that was disappointing. It was a boba base, blended mango ice cream w/milk, a thin layer of crushed graham cracker, and sprinkled mango bits on top. $9.75 + tax. A bit on the pricey side for the portion size. It was good to try once, but I don't think I would get it again :) The lady seemed to warm up to us a bit more towards the end and told me to mix it up first before taking a sip, otherwise I'd suck up the Graham cracker and choke. Lol. All of their ice cream flavors were in white buckets w/the lids on them, so you couldn't see what the flavors looked like :( very disappointing. You have to go off the printed label name on the glass case. [[HIGHLIGHT]]For some reason, this area of the mall was very warm, perhaps from the skylight above them, so we walked around the mall. Seemed to be cooler.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Halo halo is sooo good. Ube pandesal with cheese & bonito bread are freshly made, big enough size with perfect fluff & yumminess

New Filipino ice cream and snack shop in the Tracy Mall. Was walking by and saw they had shaved ice so stopped in for the babes and got myself an empanada. Got the beef empanada which was traditional Filipino style with bits of carrot, potato and raisins. On the sweet side and small. Shaved ice was perfect kids size small but even then the babes only ate half.

We've been ordering their buko (coconut) pies before their storefront opened. So good! They do not skimp on the buko! Our favorite is the ube buko pie. Make sure to pre-order especially during the holidays or you'll be SOL.

    Halo halo and mango graham

This is my second time here and it was amazing. I love their halo halo. I'm not a halo halo fan sometimes it just full ice barely any toppings but this place it's made out of ice cream. A scoop of coconut ice cream, mango ice cream, ube, leche plan, sweet red beans and jello. My daughter got the Mango Graham and she devoured it. Totally recommend.

I had my cravings and I wanted a cookies and creme milkshake. This was really good for my kind of taste buds.

It was soft bussin and ooey gooey silk sonic gush gush. All my family members and friends enjoyed it to so thats a plus. Kinda wish they were closer to the bay area, but I guess it's gonna be a sweet treat for when I visit there.

Mold warning. Beware of refrigerated items sold at this location. I purchased a buko pie ($12) and…read moreit had mold growing across the entire pie. I didn't notice until I got home because the lid was clouded from condensation. Because I live far away, I called about it and offered to send a video. Instead of offering a refund, they said they'd allow me to come back for a new pie. I called months later to pick up the replacement pie since I was going to be in the area. They said they were out of buko pies and I could choose another--they apparently only had pies available at a lesser value and would comp with senorita bread. I also received a phone lecture from Joy (through Carmela) that this wouldn't be allowed next time... I'd prefer not being sold a moldy pie next time. Thanks! Upon pick up, they only offered the cassava pie ($7), even though buko pies were in the display. No senorita bread given as promised. Condescending service. They'll sell you food that can make you sick and make you out to be in the wrong. In retrospect, I shouldn't have bothered over $12. Ling Nam, please double check your fridge temperatures and throw out pies once they're old. Or sell them frozen.

This review is based solely on the ensaymada pastry. I bought a dozen for $7.99, which is a great…read moreprice. The bread is very fluffy, soft, buttery, and nicely sweet, and the texture is really well done. The only thing that threw me off was the topping. I was expecting some kind of shredded cheese on top--possibly cheddar--to balance out the sweetness, but there wasn't any cheese. It ended up being more of a sugar-and-butter topping on very fluffy bread. Overall, it's still a good ensaymada and a solid value. Just a bit different from what I personally expected, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

The workers were also super nice, sweet, and patient because i had a big order as i was ordering for a lot of family and friends. They were very patient when the order would slightly change like for example, can i get a dozen instead of 3, sorry! I felt bad but i appreciated it. Definitely gonna stop by here again.:)
