When we changed the date the cake should have been made for that second date. What I believed happened is that you made it for the initial date and it went into the refrigerator until my wife was able to pick it up which is why the filling was black/brown. For the price and size of the cake, this was disappointing. Just sharing MY experience. Note: The slice of cake was cut the same day it was picked up. It did not oxidize instantly. Again, I appreciate the additional context, but as you can see something went wrong here.

Upon pick up, they only offered the cassava pie ($7), even though buko pies were in the display. No senorita bread given as promised. Condescending service. They'll sell you food that can make you sick and make you out to be in the wrong. In retrospect, I shouldn't have bothered over $12. Ling Nam, please double check your fridge temperatures and throw out pies once they're old. Or sell them frozen.
