With all the contractors we have had to work with lately, finding someone with great communication skills is definitely a rarity. The website for zig drywall outlines how your job will be prioritized based upon size and I appreciate the upfront approach in giving us that knowledge. While our job was smaller than average, it was still able to be completed within a few weeks of us notifying them we wanted to use them. All the workers were very courteous and the price we were quoted was very reasonable.

We originally had them give us a roof inspection because of a leaking roof, then they found hail damage and helped us with our entire insurance claim. They did a free roof repair until they replaced the roof and we couldn't be happier. They gave us 1000. For their sign in our yard for advertisement, and that covered our deductible. They did do a lot of work after a hail storm demolished my house. They don't seem to be organized…read more I went to the office to pick out the siding I wanted. Darrin couldn't find it a few weeks later and ordered the wrong color. He also didn't measure all of the windows on my porch and ordered the wrong size. His solution for that was to add 1x's and 2x's to make the windows fit. Now it looks like a jigsaw puzzle. I also pointed out concerns with siding that was installed incorrectly, the trim that wasn't cut correctly, and the gutters that were leaking. There has been no follow up since the work was 'completed', three years ago. Again, Darrin did great work with the insurance company. The follow through is lacking. And there has been no customer satisfaction after the fact.
